I have been to Young's numerous times and never had a problem, they have always been able to care of any repairs I needed. Last appointment I had was for my high beams not working. After a couple hours they told they could not fix the problem and I should take my 2018 RAV4 to the dealership to get it fixed. I would not think this is a big problem to fix considering they have been in business since 1935.

I literally only come here for because of the darling older lady at the desk who reminds me of southern sweets:pumpkin pie, peach cobbler, apple crisp… She’s delightful!

Had the honor to ride with Ed and his wife, Iona to Highland with my car flatbedded on their tow truck. From being nervous doing something I've never had to do before, the two of them made me feel like I was taking a trip with old friends. Their courteousness, punctuality, work ethic and care, made the experience wonderful and put me at ease. HIGHLY recommend them and Youngs' for all your automotive needs. Thanks so very much again.

My car broke down ,brought to this place on a Wednesday late afternoon,they were super busy but had my car fixed by early Friday afternoon,didn't scam me or overprice..rates was very reasonable,people were very friendly!

I have been using this business for over 3 years now. I usually always deal with Kevin who is always great and friendly. I not only bring my truck in for service, I also bring my fathers car who lives in another county. It’s hard to find a good mechanic but from my experience these guys are great, honest and appreciate their customers.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Had two work trucks stuck, one over a stump and one in the mud. We were calling tow companies for hours and no one was seemed to have the equipment needed to tow us out. After we called Youngs', we were saved by Ed and Iona. They came pretty swiftly and helped us get our trucks out. One of the trucks was a bit more difficult but Ed didn't give up, even got muddy and probably ruined his shoes to help us out. The price point was also very favorable. We were so grateful to have these two save our butts!

I took my car here for four brand new tires and my brake pads plus rotators replaced. I paid this man over 1700 for all. After a year my tires all needed to be replaced again. It appears my rear brakes the pads where only changed and my rotators in the rear of the car need to be replaced again. They are extremely rusted when compared to front so it seems rather difficult to believe they were ever changed. I did call Young’s regarding these issues that were pointed out to me by my dealership when I brought my car there for something else. Young’s did say they would look at my car if I brought it back there. Frankly after this I don’t trust them and I will not be returning there.Services: Tires

I’ve been going to Youngs loyally for 3+ years. I never had an issue with them previously and was generally happy with the service. This past time I had my struts and rear window defrost fixed, but when I picked up my vehicle my check engine light turned on and my fuel gauge wasn’t working. Since I’ve been going to Youngs for a while I simply went back inside to tell them what was happening, hoping it could be looked at and resolved. The guys in the office suddenly got very rude and defensive and said that it was “a coincidence” and they had nothing to do with it. I simply stated that it worked fine before and they replied “there’s nothing we can do about it, call Kevin tomorrow” and was sent on my way. So I did call Kevin and simply stated what was going on, again he met me with defense and insisted it couldn’t have been their fault but told me to bring it by again. I was so uncomfortable with how they were speaking to me that I brought my dad, and the man in the office was EXTREMELY rude when we got there. And Kevin again was not friendly and insisted that it couldn’t be their fault but he would look. I was very taken back because he was normally friendly when I interacted with him in the past. It turns out, they had accidentally broken a wire while working on my car the day before and didn’t realize. Their demeanor completely changed when they realized it was their fault after all. They did fix it for me, but the experience and the way I was spoken to and treated to the extent that my father had to come with me after I’d been a loyal customer for over three years just put an extremely bad taste in my mouth. This is the best place I've ever gone to. The service area is quite large, having room for something like 5 or 7 cars inside. There is Always cars parked in front waiting for repair. They are very friendly and professional. I've been going there for something like 54 or 55 years. This is the 4th Generation of the Youngs Family who have taken care of my Cars, Trucks, Vans and SUVs. I'm 70 now and have had to deal with a Lot of other repair places while on the Road. Each time I wished I was home and could go to Youngs' Service station and get it done right. Not saying they are absolutely Perfect but for sure they are God Danged close to it!Services: Body & Trim

Friendly, accommodating : fit us in this weeks schedule. We took our sprinter chassis motorhome to them for an overdue diesel oil change. They were efficient, we walked to dunkin donuts and when we came back the oil change was already done! Reasonably priced too! A few people we talked too before going said that they are great mechanics.. Highly recommend! No negatives to report.

I was in NY visiting family and my check engine light came on. Luckily my cousin recommended Kevin and he immediately was available to replace an O2 sensor. Upon inspection he noticed that an engine mount was in bad condition and replaced that as well. Great price, great timing, friendly and honest! Thanks again!

The kind of old school service and integrity that's too rare to find these days. I can't say enough good things about them and I wouldn't go to anyone else.
