Basically scammed for money.. with hard times already. The cops called this company to tow my moms car (so mind you my mom never called them so now we know to avoid this place completely no matter what) after she said REPEATEDLY over and over to please bring her car the the repair shop or even to her house they kept insisting to keep at their “shop” and they will gladly bring it wherever she wants the next day as almost a “favor” since it was a bit late. Its been 2 days since and they said they wont release the car until the insurance pays $800???? For what a 10 minute drive from the place of the accident and an overnight parking that has no security no lights basically was worse than a walmart parking lot. So i don’t understand where the $800 is coming from. One word. SCAMMERS!!!!

Young’s was well recommended and exceeded my expectations from a local mechanic. Bill did an exceptional job diagnosing the situation, setting expectations around the best and worst case scenarios and getting permission in either case to expedite the repair. The best case required delicate work and a lesser shop wouldn’t have made the effort, instead going right for the costlier repair. Bill saved me $500 or more!
The price of parts and labor were very reasonable. Would recommend and will return if the need arises.

Sadly they were one of my worst experiences with a mechanic. It’s already unsettling for a woman to go to a mechanic and they lived up to all my fears. I took my car in for an oil change and they then diagnosed a number of problems. All of them I approved to be fixed (my mistake). My car came out sounding worse than it went in. I also had lots of scratches on my hood like a car part was set on top of it. When I told them my car sounded worse they blamed it on an issue I had pointed out to them months before and already had fixed by them! I took my car to 2 other mechanics and they diagnosed the same issue. When my ac compressor was replaced and they replaced one side that it is held up on with a non Honda part. It now sits uneven and my whole car shakes and sounds like jet engine. They wouldn’t fix it nor admit any wrong. When someone in their shop quickly diagnosed the issue and said it should be replaced, I was then told that the lead mechanic for these types of problems said no to fixing it. I would have to pay more. They charge top dollar for sketchy work.

I have been to Young's numerous times and never had a problem, they have always been able to care of any repairs I needed. Last appointment I had was for my high beams not working. After a couple hours they told they could not fix the problem and I should take my 2018 RAV4 to the dealership to get it fixed. I would not think this is a big problem to fix considering they have been in business since 1935.

Had the honor to ride with Ed and his wife, Iona to Highland with my car flatbedded on their tow truck. From being nervous doing something I've never had to do before, the two of them made me feel like I was taking a trip with old friends. Their courteousness, punctuality, work ethic and care, made the experience wonderful and put me at ease. HIGHLY recommend them and Youngs' for all your automotive needs. Thanks so very much again.

My car broke down ,brought to this place on a Wednesday late afternoon,they were super busy but had my car fixed by early Friday afternoon,didn't scam me or overprice..rates was very reasonable,people were very friendly!

I have been using this business for over 3 years now. I usually always deal with Kevin who is always great and friendly. I not only bring my truck in for service, I also bring my fathers car who lives in another county. It’s hard to find a good mechanic but from my experience these guys are great, honest and appreciate their customers.Services: Steering & suspension repair
