Pharmacy staff is extremely unprofessional. Sharing private personal information outloud with patients and fellow staff as well as not proving support or understanding of the tasks they have assigned to them is extremely discouraging when you’re going there for a service and support.

They play games with lower prices online then triple the shelf price !Also certain pharmacists are in need of discipline regarding how they treat the customers.Then again, it's NY and they think being called aggressive is a compliment.

I recently used this Wallgreens for a drive up COVID test. Making an appointment was easy via the Walgreens application. The drive thru is in the front of the building and at My appointment time (afternoon on a weekday) there was no wait time. Simply drive up, performed the test and drive away. In lest than two hours I had a written report in my email. Very simple and convenient. If you need a test with a written report this is fast and convenient. There is no cost

This review is for the photo department I waited online for 30 minutes and was not even acknowledged the girl running the photo department looked like she was incapable of even speaking a sentence . I printed only two photos and waited for an hour and a half for them . I will never ever return here again hire better staff . The girl at the photo department with short brown hair needs to be fired immediately. She totally ignored me even when I asked for assistance and to be run out .

Terrible pharmacy staff. Terrible pharmacy customer service. When I asked them to speak to the pharmacist to ask questions, she immediately spoke over me, did not take my concerns seriously (even though I have hives all over my body), rolled her eyes and then raised her voice to state there is nothing she could help me with. All of the other staff walked away. Mind you I had already called insurance to override the issues on that end, called my doctors to have new refills sent over, etc. I tried one last time to explain what I was trying to ask and again, the older woman pharmacist cut me off while raising her voice. If you ever have any medical needs, don’t go here.
