Phil and Kim are the best. Got me custom made wheels in time for the winter season. Super high quality and their attention to detail made me feel comfortable and confident that my new Range Rover Sport would be in good hands. Highly recommend (even if you live further away)!

Phil’s Tire Service was started in 1992 as a retailer and wholesaler of all brands of passenger, high performance and light truck tires. Phil, having been in the tire business most of his adult life, felt it was time to go out on his own and offer better quality service and knowledge to the automotive community in Rockland County and since 2007 in Ulster County, NY.
