My wife and her mom went here to get their nails done and my wife's nails fell off 2 days later so she went back they put it back on and cut her with the nail file and now it's infected. Her mother's nails are at a upward angle and 3 fell off within a week of getting them done. They gave her an attitude when she asked if they would fix them. The work wasn't good I wouldn't recommend this place

I got my nails done 4 days ago. I’m not going back this place has poor customer service and is not clean. Before and after photos are all I have as proof.

I paid $160 for two full sets. One for my mother and one for me, My mother is on oxygen, the fans at the first three tables do not work… They are unsanitary, and the dust that was on my black clothing puffed off me… My mother had problems due to the lack of ventilation and circulation. She will not be going back. This is my second time coming here in four days to get a nail put back on, I’ve never had such problems, They were really rough And filed my nail until I bled. I believe the reason this happened due to frustration and poor attitude of the employees when they have to fix a mistake.

I went for a pedicure and gel fill on Aug 11th 2023.. I made a 4:00pm appointment. The salon looked clean enough for a first time client. I wasn’t greeted until sitting for 15 minutes.. again, first time. She didn’t line the pedicure tub with a liner- first red flag. The pedicure was atrocious.. not relaxing at all, so many interruptions and nicking my toes.. every single toe! The fill on my gel nails was also horrendous.. too thick, very bad shaping and the french was not even consistent on each hand. I’m now sitting in urgent care with a toe infection from the dirty tools, unlined tub and poor skills. I’m going to add a picture if I can.

I went for a pedicure and a gel fill on Aug 11th 2023. The first red flag was no liner in the ped tub. The files were not very clean. The older gal that did my pedicure nicked every single toe with the file. The manicure was dreadful- again filing my skin and cuticles- Every toe and finger was red and irritated when I left. It's been a little over 2 weeks- I am now at urgent care with an infection in my big toe. I have to go on an antibiotic for 2 weeks and follow up with a podiatrist! Never again..first and last time. Please don't go her!

I was visiting from Portland Oregon and call for an appointment. They did an amazing job on my gel nails & pedicure! Next time I'm in town I will definitely come back!

I’ve been a customer for years. Very easy to get appointments and usually walk-ins aren’t an issue. Great work and the gel polish lasts for weeks. Lovely ladies and they do a wonderful job.

This place is lovely. The girls are funny and sweet and kind. And people complaining about the length of a pedicure need to look at what they are getting. There are different levels of treatment for pedicures. Spa pedicures with diff time lengths etc. i haven’t found many places I like in this general area that are on par with my expectations of where I am from in NJ but this place I enjoy. It’s a nice environment and the girls are Greta and I PAY for a longer pedicure. I don’t just expect a longer one for a Regular price. Highly recommend this place.

Will not be returning. It’s obvious this establishment does not treat new customers with the same level of care or attention that the regulars receive. Came here for the first time with my mother and children. My children and I came for pedicures, my mother came for a manicure (gels). Upon entering, there was already another woman getting a pedicure. So my children and myself all had pedicures done while this other woman was STILL getting a pedicure. The point is - we were completely rushed. How do you give three people a pedicure meanwhile the woman next to me was already getting a pedicure, and wasn’t even done by time all three of us were! And we all got the same pedicure BTW! Next was my mothers nails. Again, woman who received pedicure then gets manicure, gets special attention, a nice back and neck massage, everything! Very nice! Meanwhile my mother gets the same nails done, but gets no special treatment whatsoever. So we leave and within two days my mothers gel nails start to fall off. By exactly one week later every single nail is off. She returns only to be told she will have to pay to have them redone. I don’t think so! I will never be returning to this establishment. Nail salons are a dime a dozen, we will have no problem finding somewhere else to go!

Such nice people and the cleanest nail salon I've ever been to! I'm new in town and I'm glad I came by Iris Nails. This will be my new go to spot. I was hesistant after reading some of the reviews but my nails look great and I'm glad I came to see for myself.

They close at 7 but and when ask for a 6:00 nail appointment they Refuse and hang up on you. Do not recommend this place. Obviously they do not need the business.

Went there for a pedicure that was $30 (Super overpriced) did not scrub my feet with pumice for callus removal just paint and lotion ! Definitely not a “pedicure” poor quality, will never return, totally disappointed after thinking I was going to get a great actually pedicure not something I can do myself for $30
