I work with Nicole, have for many years. Any concerns I have I go to her and she's amazing. Have had multiple car loans over the years. Always a good experience.

After YEARS of problems with them, I am finally closing my accounts. Probably the worst banking I’ve ever encountered. No communication, fines because of incorrect account deductions, constant issues and they NEVER answer the phone. What a waste of time- literally the worst. If you are considering banking here, DONT. There is a chase right down the road.

We had an auto loan and I would make the payment monthly at the branch. Everyone was always so kind and friendly to me and their other bankers .

Stay away from them if you are shopping online, they keep blocking the card, less than 2 hours of getting it unblocked, it got blocked AGAIN!

Avoid this place at all cost! If you do not watch your account closely they will try to take you for all you are worth. They took 20$s a month from me as a "late fee" for years! I didn't notice because I had only banked through atm's and I was supposed to be paying 40$s on my credit card anyhow. Turns out they "messed up the paperwork" and my card was over 50% for 7 years because they were just taking interest and a late fee when I had it set up to take out the min 20$s and pay 20$ principal. SCAM ALERT. Avoid this bank!...

This is a very inviting, friendly credit union. Wonderful facility, including a coin machine for members! After reviewing all the banks and credit unions in the area, I felt most comfortable here. I asked to join and an hour later I was a member. I met both the manager and the loan manager, both very professional and very friendly. I'm very happy with my choice and I highly recommend them! I'll continue to add to this review as I continue to do business with them. I take google reviews very seriously!

I have accounts with all 3 banks in Pine Bush. Hudson Heritage holds my biggest account and they have always been attentive, professional and friendly. Not sure what the negative reviews are about but I highly reccomend them.

At 4:59 pm this evening I tried to enter to the branch lobby sadly the manager said that they were closing and if she allowed me to go in they can get in trouble for me not to take it personal but yet inside the lobby there was a client. I expressed to her that I drove from Ellenville and that I simply need to withdraw some money. She told me to use the atm. I'm fully aware of all the functions on the atm however the amount I needed to withdrawal exceeded the amount on the atm. After being a member for 5 years I shouldn't had to experienced the service I did. As a manager all she need to say: 'We closed at 5pm since we have a client let me take care of you since is one transaction but for future reference we must closed the door at 5' o'clock.' To conclude, now I have to drive back but this time will be to closed my accounts.

I'm visiting from out of town and I walked into this bank to break two $100 bills. The teller proceeds to tell me that I have to have an account to get change from the $100 bills. My response to her is are you joking I'm from out of town what are banks for? Then she gives me some kind of line about how they need to "track the money". If this is truly the policy of this bank needs to change to be more customer friendly. After all now days many businesses do not except bills larger than $20. You cannot get change for many other businesses because they do not want to carry large bills and even gas stations will not except bills over $50. So what are banks exactly for if not to do things like this?

I wanted to choose Zero stars, but that's wasn't an option!

My debit card was compromised. This caused my checking account to be overdrawn. The explanation of "pending" vs "posted" was confusing. I could not take cash out of my account for 2 days. However, the branch manager, Raquel Martinez, was helpful and had all fraudulent charges and service fees reversed within 5 minutes of making a phone call to the appropriate personnel. I believe in local banking, and this experience has strengthened that belief.

I wanted to choose Zero stars, but that's wasn't an option! Do not use this Financial institution, Here's two scenarios to explain why: My parents have had multiple issues using this CU even as members. Last year they had my sis's wedding in Italy and informed the CU that they would be travelling overseas and not to be alarmed if there card is used in Italy. When they got to Italy and used their card, the CU blocked them from using their accounts. And they had no way of paying for things for the wedding or travel. A huge headache for the whole family. And they did nothing to compensate for it. But unfortunately my parents kept the account. This year, I wrote my parents a whopping check from my California acct and the CU bounced it saying my account is closed, when it is most definitely open and active and has more than enough funds to cover the check amount. Then they gave my parents the incorrect telephone number to give to me thinking we wouldnt just look online to get the right one. It seems like the people who work for this CU are lazy and love making problems for other people, and think they can get away with it. Ive had to chase them to get anything taken care of and they are completely impossible. Choose some other place if you can, I wouldnt trust them and will definitely be taking our funds elsewhere.

The sign on the side of the building suggests this is a financial institution. But I've never walked into a bank that would not accept cash. I walked in with a $10 bill and requested change. I was told that if I didn't have an account I couldn't get change for a $10 because they have to enter it into their system. Silly!!! The car wash across the street (obviously a more capable financial institution) was able to handle this complex transaction. No account necessary.
