I have to admit superb customer service I received. They let me know off bat that there would be a chance that they may or may not be able to help me with a policy. The lady Brittany that I worked with did everything she could to assist me. I definitely recommend them.

I give five stars because every time I have ever called that office a human being picks up the phone ,and if my agent is not readily available, they call me back within a few minutes, or when they are done, helping their other client, customer service is outstanding. They always take the time to answer my questions and give the best advice. And if they do not know at the moment they will take the time to research it and call me back .I am Extremely happy.

I have been with the Thompson Agency for one year now and have nothing but good things to report. I've always prided myself on being a safe driver, but a deer hit me this year and I was quite shaken up about it. Everyone from the adjuster to the people I spoke while dealing with the issue was great. They were friendly and informative, which put me at ease. When pricing for auto and home insurance I did a lot of pricing around . But going local with Rosie and G Thompson Insurance provided the best no hassle with both. I would highly recommend their Pine Bush office for good customer service and NYM for the best pricing. So long to Travelers because of their poorly trained agents and a Hugh price increase.
