I've bid on a few auctions from flannerys and have always had a wonderful experience. Be advised when you bid there is also a buyer premium on the total of the item plus taxes so you end up paying a little more than your bid price but the auctions they have contain just about anything you can imagine and some really unique one of a kind items also. I am constantly finding myself checking thier website for the next one coming up.

My wife and I have been doing auctions and antique hunting since the 1980's. Our daughter has been involved since the 1990's.We attended the Flannery's Estate Service 11/7/2022 and11/8/2022 auction set.We ALL had a blast bidding .... and winning some items!The 11/7/2022 and11/8/2022 estate auction set was the first time we ever did a LIVE INTERNET auction. It took several calls to the auction house to help me get "set up" as we are new to this type bidding. We made MANY calls before, day of and after the event. EVERY time we were treated as if we were the only bidder. These days customer service rarely meets my standards. I got this standard working my dad's stores at a young age, he taught me customer service is not what you do but rather the attitude you present while giving the service.The customer service we experienced at Flannery's Estate Service was just like the antiques we won...... rare and exceptional. I commend the staff and management, this is where this comes from. I do see a trend back to this type of customer service, but Flannery's was TOP NOTCH!Sincerely,Michael Farruggia

A Traditional Auction House with Fabulous selections. Post Covid19 now has viewings with an online auction. Pre Covid19 they had a kitchen which offered dinner and ala cart selections and snacks and drinks. Loved going like it was date night.

I would purchase from this Auction house again.The lady on the phone was very nice,they shipped my purchased items out very quickly,and they were packed very well,double boxed and safely wrapped.My very fragile items arrived in perfect condition.I'm very pleased overall with the entire transaction.

Ethical is the salient trait of this auction house, run by Marianne and Dana. The owners understand that trust is earned and they have built a solid reputation over the years by being truthful in their marketing. At first I was surprised by the quality of their lots, but now I have become accustomed to very high-end estate items with accurate descriptions and superb photographs that showcase assets as well as imperfections.
Flannery's auctions are comparable to the best houses in NYC — with prices that you won't find downstate.
