Elite Kitchen was a great experience from start to finish. Todd was a no pressure sales man, taking the time to ensure all our questions were answered. The show room was incredible, the organization was very welcoming. We visited another business before Elite, their showroom was very disorganized. Todd had the perfect approach to selecting the various items, from the style, wood, color and other kitchen items. He was a pleasure to work with, especially when we were so stressed. He was there till the very end of our project. He was genuinely concerned with our project and happiness. This is the kind of professionalism that is missing from today’s business. The customer service was superb and I love my new cabinets and countertops from Elite. They made the whole process as easy as possible and delivered everything on time (actually a little early which was amazing).

We chose Elite Kitchens for our remodeling project because Todd’s estimate contains detailed scope of work with total cost for each part of the job. They remodeled our two bathrooms and a kitchen. During the whole process Todd kept us updated what is done and what they will do next. The job was done on time and on budget. Highly recommend Elite Kitchens!

I wanted to remodel the kitchen in our condo since we moved in 6 months ago but honestly I lacked the vision & wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. The folks over at Elite Kitchens were very patient with me and really helped me figure out what I was going for. I knew for sure what my budget was and they did an amazing job of giving me the beauty I wanted all while staying within it, which was supremely important for me. Not only that but they were great to work and communicate with. Very professional but also made me feel comfortable and not just like a client. They seemed to really care about what I wanted as much as I did.

I just had an excellent experience with Elite Kitchens. Todd Thum the owner is friendly, professional, and creative. Their showroom is out of the way but easy to find. The kitchen displays are creative, informative, and neat. Todd has processes in place to ensure an organized and enjoyable remodeling experience. Parking is safe and plentiful. Highly recommended!

Todd and Donna were a pleasure to work with and facilitated and guided a multitude of decisions on my project. Our Contractor Sean Murray recommended Elite kitchens. We were beyond thrilled with their Professionalism, awesome designs & expert Customer service. The choices in cabinets, counter tops, hardware etc., were varied and many. All within our budget. Todd & Donna were willing & able to answer the myriad of questions we presented with great aplomb!The finished design was absolutely breathtaking.Between Sean's craftsmanship and Elite Kitchens my renovation is a masterpiece.I highly recommend Elite Kitchens - 5 Stars +++++
