My son wanted to add me to his account was told that they were booked and we needed to come back the guy was just sitting at his desk talking on the phone. Told them we can’t come back he is leaving for Scotland tomorrow and they could careless no customer service very disappointed

The staff is real nice and are good people. They know there stuff. The problem with this bank is the ATM machine. It is out dated and is always breaking down. Please put a new one in here. This bank is a perfect placed bank for us.
