I should have known better. I called in the other day to confirm availability of Grape by Evil Twin Brewing and was told they had six remaining in-stock. I just tried this beer over the weekend at a local restaurant and fell in love with the nostalgic flavors of grape soda. I went to Beer World in Pine Bush today and purchased all six four-packs. Lo and behold, all six four-packs expired in August 2021. I was told by a friend who deals with beer stores in the area that this is a common practice of Beer World businesses and it is totally normal by their standards to sell expired beer. I am angry and I feel like the staff purposefully deceived me. I appreciate their large selection but I will make a point to always check the expiration date before I purchase from any Beer World again.FYI - I purchased some cans from the local restaurant and they have an expiration of September 2022 so clearly the beer is still available and in rotation.

Best place on Earth. Super friendly, infinitely helpful, unbelievably large selection, great A/C. If you have any complaints, the problem is probably with you.

I'm pretty sure this is the best beer world in the area. Even Middletown doesn't hold a candle to this place. Their selection is always wonderful, the help is always great, and the stories always clean. I'm very happy that this is in our local area.

Would've given 3& 3/4 stars ..now I don't trust the beer freshness on shelf.. the man I called who sold me year and a half old beer that was stored on the shelf told me it was fine to drink. This was after I called the store to complain upon seeing the date on the bottom of the cans . After calling the company (Firestone Pevo) they said it was absolutely not ok.. in fairness people here including that man are nice. Great variety of beers. But there's a mom and pop beer store nearby that I can go to also . And I will check the dates next time .
