Took my chainsaw to another shop they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Someone told me take it Pike Hardeware. I called and talked to Chris told him what it was doing and he told me what was wrong with it over the phone. I fixed it in 10 minutes. Went there the next day and bought a MS 261. Love it. Great saw, great store, great people

I needed air in my tire but there was no gas station in town. The guy working behind the counter filled up a portable air tank and brought it outside and filled my tire and sent me on my way, no charge. Great small town hardware store, the way they all ought to be.
