“ASK FOR SUZANNE! My daughter and I were shopping across the road at DSW. I mentioned to her a few times that a New Balance store was across the road and we should take a look. Of course, the teenager declined. Of course, after not being satisfied with the selection she opted for the run across the road. I'M SO GLAD WE DID. We enetered the store was looked at and not acknowledged by a male sales representative, who really doesn't matter. I felt after a quick browse of the store we were not going to receive customer service worthy of our time and money. Boys and girls I was incredibly wrong. Out from the back, I assume she was, as she was not on the sales floor upon our arrival, appears the GREAT SUZANNE. Her greeting, her patience, her time, her knowledge, her energy is all I'd like to share. She measured my daughters feet and was on the move. She wasted no time in asking the right questions and providing several selections based upon the answers given. My daughter was able to have her "footing" corrected with the assistance of Suzanne. My daughter made her choice. I had no intention of making any purchases, however, the service and knowledge that Suzanne provided for my daughter, I decided I wanted a pair of shoes also. Suzanne measured, asked questions and was on the move to provide that wonderful experience again. Amidst our light banter and trying on my selections Suzanne learned something about my daughter and was so happy for her. She went above and beyond her customer service for New Balance and she made a phone call and was able to provide my daughter with some valuable information. I found the shoe I wanted, but, the store did not have my size, sadly. I WILL BE BACK BECAUSE OF SUZANNE! Did I forget to mention the sneakers that my daughter chose are everything and more where comfort is desired...Suzanne you are remarkable at what you do and who you are...DON'T CHANGE. “Elite Repeat in New City is the ‘caviar’ of consignment shops, and it’s a delight to shop AND consign there.The owner, Ann Marie, has many high end designers such as Dior, Gucci, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Prada, etc… She sells sunglasses, belts, jewelry, shoes, hats, dresses, everything a quality boutique would have but of course, at good discounted prices.To consign with Ann Marie is just as pleasurable as to shop at one of her two stores. Because she is extremely organized and communicates well, I trusted her with my items I had to say goodbye to due to downsizing. She kept track of everything that sold or didn’t sell, not an easy task as I’ve experienced in my dealings with other consignment shops.I highly recommend Elite Repeat to anyone wanting to look like a million bucks, or make a million bucks (latter not to be taken literally of course…).”

“I just love my Pure Barre Bronxville family!!!I was in a bad place mentally and physically, I have hip, knee, and shoulder injuries that stopped me from being active, and a regular gym was not an option, other classes like Yoga or Pilates were not for me because of my physical limitations. I was not happy due to my injuries, physically I was not in the place that I once was and wanted to be, and that affected me mentally. When I found PBB I found my safe and happy place, the classes and instructors are amazing and fun, they modified the exercises to accommodate my injuries. I started my PBB journey at the end on May 2022, taking 2 classes per week, withing a couple of weeks I started to feel the difference so I signed up for the unlimited membership and I've been hooked ever since. In my journey I've lost 28 pounds so far, I feel amazing, my energy level went from 0 to 100, now I have more confidence and my mental health have improved tremendously. I go to class everyday, If I miss a day I feel like I am missing something, I have found an amazing group of friends who lift me and cheer me up when I am feeling down, going to my daily class is like therapy. My instructors are the best, they are one of a kind, thank you, thank you so much. The classes would be just workout classes w/o your personal touch, dedication, and professionalism.PBB has the best team ever:Jill, Hollis, Erica, April, Diana, Kristyn, Nicole S., Nicole D., Danielle, Ava, and can't forget our ambassadors Margaux, Tori, and Veronica, you are all amazing. “I’m plus sized, 18-20 depending on the item. This store is very expensive! I personally shop at cheaper places because my style just needs comfort. BUT, the staff is always SUPER FRIENDLY! They make you feel welcome, whether you’re browsing or buying. I never feel insulted, which surprisingly happens @ other stores. THEIR BRAS are amazingly comfortable and fair priced! I understand not every store is gonna be cheap so I do appreciate the other aspects, customer service is a big deal ! “First off, the clothing and jewelry in this store are such high quality!! There are pieces in this store that I'd never find anywhere else. There are some really unique artsy pieces (like a Frida Kahlo mural on a button-down dress shirt) and really comfortable normal clothes with a unique twist. After talking with the store owner I learned she works really hard to support artists all over the world (especially women designers.) She works directly with the designers to support them and sell their items in her store. This store is the oldest boutique in Piermont and her items are of far superior quality than the rest of the stores. There's a sales rack in the front and back of the store too in case people are looking for more affordable options. I saw some comments about people getting peeved that the store owner doesn't greet them right away when they walk into the store and ya'll need a reality check- this is one woman running an entire store operation front to back. When you come in and if you are looking for that one-on-one style advice, I'd recommend going up to her and saying hi and asking for help (and greeting her dog Lola too.) Her demeanor is honest, she will tell you what looks good and won't sell you something that looks bad. Some people are put off by such honesty but others love it. She's not going to pander to you to force a sale like the other stores which I appreciate. All in all, I love this store and will keep coming back every time I'm in Piermont.”
