“I just love my Pure Barre Bronxville family!!!I was in a bad place mentally and physically, I have hip, knee, and shoulder injuries that stopped me from being active, and a regular gym was not an option, other classes like Yoga or Pilates were not for me because of my physical limitations. I was not happy due to my injuries, physically I was not in the place that I once was and wanted to be, and that affected me mentally. When I found PBB I found my safe and happy place, the classes and instructors are amazing and fun, they modified the exercises to accommodate my injuries. I started my PBB journey at the end on May 2022, taking 2 classes per week, withing a couple of weeks I started to feel the difference so I signed up for the unlimited membership and I've been hooked ever since. In my journey I've lost 28 pounds so far, I feel amazing, my energy level went from 0 to 100, now I have more confidence and my mental health have improved tremendously. I go to class everyday, If I miss a day I feel like I am missing something, I have found an amazing group of friends who lift me and cheer me up when I am feeling down, going to my daily class is like therapy. My instructors are the best, they are one of a kind, thank you, thank you so much. The classes would be just workout classes w/o your personal touch, dedication, and professionalism.PBB has the best team ever:Jill, Hollis, Erica, April, Diana, Kristyn, Nicole S., Nicole D., Danielle, Ava, and can't forget our ambassadors Margaux, Tori, and Veronica, you are all amazing. “Elite Repeat in New City is the ‘caviar’ of consignment shops, and it’s a delight to shop AND consign there.The owner, Ann Marie, has many high end designers such as Dior, Gucci, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Prada, etc… She sells sunglasses, belts, jewelry, shoes, hats, dresses, everything a quality boutique would have but of course, at good discounted prices.To consign with Ann Marie is just as pleasurable as to shop at one of her two stores. Because she is extremely organized and communicates well, I trusted her with my items I had to say goodbye to due to downsizing. She kept track of everything that sold or didn’t sell, not an easy task as I’ve experienced in my dealings with other consignment shops.I highly recommend Elite Repeat to anyone wanting to look like a million bucks, or make a million bucks (latter not to be taken literally of course…).”

“I recently visited the Ann Taylor store in the Riverside Mall in Hackensack, New Jersey. I received excellent guidance from Stylist Jane Charshafian that led to my purchase of a suit jacket for my wife for Christmas. My wife was very pleased with the item's design, quality, and color, but as often happens when I buy clothes for my wife, the size I'd chosen, a 2, wasn't quite right. Accompanied by my wife, I returned to the store on December 26, but found no size 4 on the rack. Store Manager Debbie Connolly stepped in to help. She double-checked the rack, then the stock in back. When she couldn't find the exact replacement, she checked Ann Taylor's remote inventory. She then had my wife try on a jacket whose materials and design are identical except for its lapel in both a 4 regular and a 4 petite to ensure the optimal fit. With the 4 petite chosen, Ms. Connolly processed a refund for the returned jacket and took shipping details for its replacement.Despite the fact that the store was quite busy, Ms. Connolly calmly yet efficiently took what some might consider extra steps--all while maintaining a cordial, professional attitude--to make sure that my wife was happy with our purchase. I'm probably dating myself here, but this experience seemed a throwback to past generations' approach to customer service. The fact that I had a very positive interaction with Ms. Charshafian as well suggests that this high level of customer service wasn't a fluke, but rather a part of the store's culture--which, I'd suggest, can also be attributed to management. It's this kind of service that builds customer loyalty.Ms. Connolly and Ms. Charshafian are a credit to the Ann Taylor brand.”

There was this one girl there with red hair and glasses that was very nice to us and greeted us at the front door and help my daughter and I get the sizes that we wanted for our Christmas sweaters. “Huge shout out to Claudia Lopez in the Paramus store. At the time of purchase I did not realize I was charged 3X for a single roll of wrapping paper. During a very stressful time in my life, she was able to research and rectify this oversight without my needing to return to the store.
Kohl’s has been my go to store. I have not adapted to the new Paramus location yet, but will absolutely make an effort to do so as a thank you for her efforts to go above and beyond!
