I have used this Post office for years and have never had a negative interaction with Joe or any other employee. On the contrary, Joe always takes the time to be friendly. Some customers are hard to please, hence the negative reviews.

Absolutely inept ! Sends you to other Post offices can’t be bothered with procesing Special delivery mail or return receipt mail. Incompetence at the highest level!

Joe is very rude and has no interest in helping anyone. Walked away when I was asking what to do next and never came back. Avoid this location like the plague.
