The mail carriers are wonderful!! But the clerks are another story… Christy is wonderful, always willing to help, but this new gentelman, I believe Dan? Is so incredibly rude, unwilling to help, attitude for no reason. I’ve never been treated so poorly in a customer service experience. If you hate your job get a new one!! Mail was always deliver at the same time, can’t staff the place so nobody is there to deliver mail.. waiting weeks for letters that should’ve been delivered..

I order ducklings from a hatchery and the post office is suppose to call the buyer when the birds land there. No call was received and the lady said she called 3 times and no answer, I received 0 phone calls but other peoples calls go through no problem.the lady simply told me that my phone number was wrong and it was my correct number on the box. But before hand I called multiple times and my girl friend called multiple times for the first two days after they were sent to them and There’s no way to actually get ahold of them. For some reason I expected this to happen. I was going to give 1 star but because all my birds are somehow alive I will leave 2. I’m not sure if it was a problem on my end but I just don’t understand how it happens.

Packages never get delivered. They always say they missed you but they don't even bother to show up. Then expect you to go pick Packages up at post office. Which defeats the purpose of ordering online

They broke my mailbox. Slammed 2 packages into it to make everything just fit and bulge out my mailbox. I had to take the front door off of it to get my packages out. Very lazy service.

Claimed to have "tried" to deliver my package while sitting in my driveway then proceeded to drive off and mark the package as undeliverable. Website claims they will try again, but I have a feeling they will mark it undeliverable again and end up returning the package. I am very disappointed as this a gift for my sisters baby shower and I do not have time to chase this package all over.

She refused to help me simply check to see if my address was updated since it charged me a dollar (months ago).Didn't ask for any back mail or anything. She said I had to go to pennelville to see if my address is in pennelville instead of az. When I got to pennelville they were already closed (information I'm sure she knew)I don't think a FEDERAL building would need me to go to the town over just to make sure my address is not in Arizona still.

Book club books for my granddaughter get shoved in little mailbox and get damaged spine. They won’t tell me who delivers here, we always get other people’s mail, I doubt we get all our mail. They won’t deliver to my porch when item is to big for the tiny mailbox, unless it’s in a package. I’m not happy with this post office at all.

Post office does not deliver packages they just put slips in the mail box and blame it on a loose dog. I have watched them driver by and not stop to deliver the package, then when I go to mail box there is a slip in there saying the "attempted" delivery. If the post office does not want to deliver for Amazon or UPS because it is too much of a hassle then they should stop because all they are doing is delaying packages and making it more difficult for the customer to get a delivery. I never have an issue with getting something directly from UPS and Fed Ex. In fact UPS is at

This post office does NOT deliver all your mail. You know something is supposed to be in your mailbox, its not there. I dont know who is doing it, something needs to be done to fix it.
