the blood red eyes that follow me during every visit, the looming shadows scattering to smattered glimpses each turn I take...sometimes I visit just to feel the radiant ambience of the overlords, and I feel so found each time. the human workers are cool too, I guess.

I look forward to visiting cumberland farms every day that I can. In my opinion, their service and quality is simply unmatched locally. Although I occasionally see the intense, glowing red eyes burning through the glass doors, like an enigmatic reflection of something which simply ceases to be, and although I occasionally feel strange winds resembling misty tentacles caressing the floors, I do enjoy every moment I have there.

Amazingly huge and fresh apple fritters.
their version of slurpees are hit and miss but the citrus one has caffeine and tastes like frozen lemon non dairy whipped cream. highly recommend this experience
also I heard there are aliens there

No bathroom/ bathroom out of order sign (though i heard a flush and saw an employee leave the bathroom) Was going to get gas and buy snacks, but not without accommodations. Clerk was a jerk. Bad first impression of Philmont. There are bathrooms in the public park approx 1/2 mile away.

The Cumberland Farms in Philmont on route 217 has the highest gas prices I have seen ANYWHERE. That includes Long Island, the Bronx, and further upstate. I would never buy gas there. On this occasion, I needed to use their coin operated air pump to fill at tire that was low. I put in $1.50 in quarters and got nothing. (Again, air pump prices at other places are generally $1.00 or less). I went to the counter and told them their machine was broken, and I wanted a refund. I had to argue with some high school bim over a lousy $1.50 and she finally relented when I got loud enough. They still haven't pit an "out of order" sign on the machine as of this morning.

No bathroom/Out of order. Gas price too high. Bunch of ppl standing around outside with nothing to do amd no where to go.

Really nice people behind the counter. Friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, they have just about the highest gas prices in Columbia County, NY by quite a substantial marginThey also recently accepted an unsigned, stolen credit card as payment for an in-store purchase. Sadly, this business makes a habit of ripping off the people of Philmont as well as people passing through.
