My boiler had a leak, it was snowing out, I called and they were here 2 hours later. Within 15 minutes it was fixed like new. Extremely fair price and great service. Thanks Jeff and Johnny!

We purchased our first home Oct 1. Nov 14th our furnace stopped working. We had 3/4 tank of fuel so we knew something more serious was wrong. We called cooks. They had someone to our home within 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, had the part on hand, made the repair very quickly and didn't break the bank with the service bill. We were comfortable with having him in our home because was so respectful, friendly and professional. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! We appreciate you guys!!

I called about needing help the day before., We were not able to turn our outside faucet off. The next morning i called, they said soneone could be here about noon. We had to turn off all of our water supply. They replaced the outside faucet, they were so pleasant, and only was charged $110, including part. Thank you so very much!! Shop local!!

I wanna say they saved me when I needed them the most. Late on a Friday, basement already flooded, my furnace pipe decided to leak. Why not, of course it's going to rain when it pours right? They came through for me and I am sooooooo grateful !!!!!!!! Angela & Richard W.

I wouldn't have him come to my home ever again. (Jeffrey Cook)He charged me for a bill that I told him not to do. Wouldn't recommend at all. Very sneaky guy watch out!! Pending going to attorney generals office to file a report on harassment!! If u don't pay him he will make sure to send his workers around to find u an harass u to!
