I lost my online job today because of their horrible service. Called and complained. They never fixed the problem just charged me for service and garbage equipment. Customers service is frustrating and condescending. I spoke to "dave" from customer service and he was the worst person i had the misfortune to speak to. He was mean and seemed annoyed that i even called. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU HAVE A ONLINE JOB. I lost my job. Thanks dave.

I would be careful with this company. It seems they only turn off your internet after hours but if you call them , they can only turn in back on Monday , Wednesday , Fridays by only the billing department. During the hours of 9-4. I do understand the reason was non payment but there was billing discrepancies that they could not answer , which I did call several times & was always told they would call back but never did. It seems whenever I have called they can never do anything. I couldn’t stand spectrum as everything was automated but at least I could have my issue resolved. The price is not any cheaper than spectrum was either . I was so excited for this company in our community and has let me down.

Always have had great experience when dealing with their techs or very rare tech support needed. Same with customer service issues or questions. I'm glad we've got the fiber option out here in the 315 with great speed and reliability!

Excellent and timely service. Ordered the fiber to the house service and they were out the next day on time (actually a couple minutes early which is on time in my book). They were very thoughtful about where to place the lines coming in and asking me where I thought would work. They were extremely polite and courteous even with my five year old asking a question a minute. The internet service is great value for money, the customer service was icing on the cake. I will update later once the billing cycles have commenced.

Had internet with them and found that spectrum was actually cheaper and seemed to work better. Since I canceled my service, I have an overpayment on my account. Was told that I would have to wait 3 billing cycles to have it refunded back. Never received my refund. I have now called 4-5 times asking for a refund. They say that it will be sent right out but I still haven't received it.

We have been with OTTC for over a year now. We use them at our business and at our home. They have been by far the best internet company we have ever worked with. I absolutely love how quick they respond if we ever have any issues which have been very few. I am a very difficult person to please and there has not been one time that they have let me down. Oh yeah one more thing. Nothing touches the speed of their fiber. Great job guys. Keep up the good work!

Is OTTC the cheapest? No, but then it's not a multi-billion dollar corporation. What does happen is that you get people who are great when you call. You don't get throttled to local servers. You just get straight internet. I have had their fiber service for over a year now. The ONLY time it has gone out has been when a chipmunk chewed through the fiber line going from the pole to the house.Yep, literally, from what I've seen, 500Mbps down and up, with no outages whatsover yet. I have NEVER had that from another ISP before.Has my internet stopped working on a device? Yes, but this has always been a restart of my home router or turning the wifi on and off my device. That means it's not OTTC, that's on me.I'm proud to pay 10-20% more than Spectrum for 100% better service. This is not even taking into consideration what it took to run their fiber infrastructure to our homes out here in the rural areas.Spectrum told me it would cost $4000 to go from the road to my pole. I'm sure it is expensive to do that with Coax, but OTTC charged me nothing. Even though they contract out to LanTek, who's fiber team is great btw, still didn't cost me.
