Andrew was the first technician who ever asked if we had pets to make sure they didn't get outside when he opened the door. He explained what he was going to do step-by-step, how long it would take, and let me know as he completed each step. He placed a tarp across the room to protect the floor from damage. He was courteous, professional, and answered any questions I asked. I could not recommend him more highly.

Charlie and the team at Halco were so wonderful to work with. They were compassionate with our dilemma of no water and worked swiftly to develop a solution and get the work done. When a secondary problem arose they came out on a third day to make sure we had water as quickly as possible.
