A beautiful location with an enormous balcony overlooking the lake, the cleanest hotel I've ever seen, and a really beautiful room. What's not to like? Got a call from a staff member as we were driving to the hotel who wanted to make sure we understood the check in process and who told us about some good restaurants in town. I want to come back in summer. Love it!

This is a wasted golden opportunity for a spectacular Inn experience. The location is excellent and appealing on Lake Champlain. There is no Innkeeper on site and this old house, which is beautiful is outdated and dirty. Dust and bugs galore! They also apparently recently refinished the wood floors and the smell of that is overwhelming- as well as drips of the paint on bathroom doors which at first made us think it was blood! Renovation Nation needs to make a visit!

From start to finish, they worked with us so professionally to make our wedding dream a reality. Very accommodating and friendly, and the wedding went off without a hitch. It is the most beautiful venue in town. We got so many compliments! And we had a fabulous time, and didn't need to worry about a thing--they had everything covered. Highly recommend!
