“We came in with a nail in a tire and a bottom plastic casing broken and making noise when we went above 30 miles; given this was a Tesla and no Tesla service center nearby we went to this Jiffy location. Even though they were not able to fix permanently they did the necessary to get me going till I could find a service center; and they did it all for free. Thank you for the help as me and family were bit stranded at that time.”

“I’ve had them work on a vehicle I had twice last year. They are so awesome. I trust them with any vehicle I need work on. They treat me so nicely and I feel like I’m not being over charged. Hard to find a honest mechanic but at K and S auto, they sure go above and beyond. They worked on my new car, had to have it towed. He was able to Check it immediately and fix it within 24 hours. Such a hard working business and I will never go anywhere else!!!”

All service departments are currently stressed for parts and people but the service of Lisa Gonyo and maintenance staff was great with friendly people and accommodations while waiting.”

“well, I've read the previous reviews however, our experience was complete different. I haven't lived in Plattsburgh for years but was helping an elderly friend who needed to get her vehicle to the dealership. Although the charge seemed high while comparing we found Dupery's to be in line with the others. Cameron was dispatched to pick up the car and as I requested called to let me know he was on the way so I could give my friend a heads up. Being elderly she is cautious about who she allows in her place which is understandable these days. anyway I was on the phone with her when he arrive. she said he was very polite and even assisted her in getting down the steps and held his arm out to make sure she didn't fall. he got the car started and loaded. Before he left he made sure she was good. He called me once the car was at the dealership. it is very nice to find people who genuinely care about the customer. Thanks again Cameron for making her feel comfortable about your visit!”

“Stuck on the Northway in our RV with an overheated bearing vs brakes. Called Rocks (it was mid afternoon) and he said to bring it right in and if he couldn’t get to it today we could spend the night there (even offered us electricity!) and he’d look at it first thing in the morning. Long story short, we cooled down, drove to the shop and were back on the road within 3O minutes. That is UNHEARD of!! And the price was unheard of, too!! If we lived here and needed work done, Rock’s would be our people. Thank you so much for saving our trip?”
