Carrie at the main office is very nice; that's the one positive. However; we are now forced to use informed delivery so we know what should be coming. Didn't receive a jury summons, several medical bills, and several other documents with personal information and deadlines. I've had packages get delivered to completely different streets or just never show up. We constantly get our neighbors mail. We have large numbers right above our mailbox! That's called the house number. This has gone from a weekly issue to several days a week. We report everything that does not show up and I'm positive it gets ignored. The rest of us are expected to be at work and do our job; zero incentive for our carrier to do his. Please; residents of Perry: Start reporting anything that does not show up! One day it might be you who does not get a jury summons and you won't find out until a police officer is knocking on your door. It's not like we live in some huge city. Inexcusable. Do your job or find other work.

Constantly lose our mail. Debit cards, important tax documents, paystubs etc. They are rude when you ask where your mail is. Place is a joke. We get neighbors mail all the time!

Was very very rude to me, the lady at the desk refused to help me, gave me a dirty look when I told her that my main post office could do so. She then kinda raised her tone to me. I suggest if you are young, or look different just don't talk to them, they will treat you badly.

Hillary was hands down the most courteous and helpful post office worker I have EVER encountered. She went above and BEYOND to help me mail out some important documents with a smile. If you're considering UPS or FEDEX, think again -- As long as Hillary is there, it's USPS for me!
