Usually the employees are pretty good but the girl they had working the last time I went was quite odd. A guy ahead of me had ordered something and only half his order was ready, she walked away in the middle of serving him a few times and disappeared into the back for a few minutes doing other things while serving him. Then she walked off again into the back after he left when I had been standing in line for about 20 minutes at that point with only the one guy in front of me. She seemed to not know she is supposed to be serving customers instead of wandering around and disappearing for a few minutes at a time without a word.

Decent price on gas, I'm thankful for the ethanol free gas. They have really good pizza here too!

Stopped here on our way back home after a great weekend in Letchworth State park. Had a strip of grass to take my dog out on to stretch and get a nice walk on. Inside was a bit busy during our visit. The bathrooms were clean and the store had all the normal items for sale such as coffee, sodas, bagged chips and such. Gas prices were decent and the parking lot was big.

Everyone says how great the young people working in the store are... Nope. Went to purchase goods and they rang up different than the sign said. Girl says "that's because of tax". I said no, tax doesn't add till you total the sale, its ringing up different than what's posted. She walked away from me and another girl comes over and says "I'm confused". Doesn't say anything else... I explain to her the issue and was told "my manager didn't change the sign" and she shrugged. This is the 3rd Crosby's location with this issue. I'll go out of my way to not stop at any Crosby stores in the future, geez ?

It's a dirty place. The gas prices are higher than other places. But the freaks that come and go are a sight to behold.

The Employment Staff is a Young Group of Adults that Show Professionalism Courteousness to the Patrons! There is even a Submarine Sandwich Shop located inside the Store that Accepts "SNAP BENEFITS" which is a Convenience as well as the Mobil Market!
