“I just purchased my second couch from Family Furniture and once again, the service was OUTSTANDING! I felt supported, but not overwhelmed, as I browsed through all 3 floors of the store. (Which, I admit, is SO much fun. It's styled beautifully and there are a ton of fun pieces to look at!)
When narrowing my choice down, Nichole helped me weigh the pros and cons of each. She wasn't pushy, and she told me to take my time because it was a large purchase. When I felt confident in my choice, the delivery was scheduled and I had my new beauty in less than a week!
