Been here 3 or 4 times without an issue, last time I was here I was somehow charged 10$ extra after being told my total, i was already 30 minutes a way at work when I realized

Ordered a sausage egg & cheese on a bagel with 2 hash browns I asked for them extra crispy because everytime I would get them they would be soggy, I thought this time would be different but obviously not. They came soggy & fell apart as soon as I picked them up, no flavor at all. Also it took an hour & a half just for that.

God awful food service super slow and did not make anything that resembled the menu. Do not get the food from this place. Got chicken wings.

I went to crosbys to pick up an order. I treated the cashier well, was patient. I believer her name is megan. The blonde one is always nice and polite but the one with glasses with brown hair treated my friends and I with such disrespect. Didn't great me at the counter, wouldn't make eye contact and rang everything in. I checked my bank account to see how much money I had left being 19 dollars. My friend came over thinking I didn't have enough to pay for the pizza and said I got it girl don't worry. I told her no I already payed girl and the cashier with glasses said "She already payed do you not listen?" Which had my friend in aw. We were treated awfully, as a person who works in customer service myself I was in shock. No one should ever treat anyone with the disrespect this woman gave us. At least the pizzas good so i'll give it a one.

Surprisingly I have never had Crosby's pizza before but it seems many others have. I see their signature triangular pizza boxes all around town littering the streets. I can't judge them for having great pizza tho. We simply or not so simply need to stop littering

I ordered a pizza from here and it had mold on it I tried to get a refund and they said talk to the manager but every time I call she is not their. I could of got sick. I have pictures of this moldy pizza check your food!

While the pizza is actually pretty good, the staff working during the day is horrible. Not sure I’ve seen ruder staff anywhere in a very long time. Would it kill them to speak or have any expression besides disgust?? This really is one particular employee, so in all fairness maybe the others r better. I am however always blessed with this charmer

Crosbys is a great place! Store is always clean and the workers are always nice! The new additions (pizza) are great and reasonably priced. I visit Crosbys at least 2 times a week for food at either Crosbys or subway. And I’m a regular to stop and get gas or pick up some drinks.

This place is now owned by Crosby's but the service is as good as ever. No major changes in stock or layout since the new ownership.
