I wish I took some before pics to really show the difference in how bad my car was! Rick at R&S Detailing did an AMAZING JOB! I was very impressed with the results!! From beginning to end service was amazing! I was looking for someone local to detail the inside of my dodge journey and Rick reached out to me and let me know that his business offers detailing services. He got me in the next day! They picked up my car while I was at work and dropped it off once they were finished!! I was happy with the price and service. 10/10 use again, and recommend to others.

Stay far away! These are not honest men! They sold me a car they claimed only needed an 02 sensor...they knew I was a single mother in a pinch and took all my money. They knowingly sold me a car they had rigged up and knew had a hole in the cat...they are mechanics they knew and just lied to me knowing I wouldn't know the car was unfixable unless u replace the cat. They are sneaky and sell shady dangerous cars to unspecting mothers in desperate situations. Be careful

Best auto shop in all of Yates county. If you don't take your cars there you clearly aren't well versed when it comes to finding the best deals for your buck.

I dropped off wheels to be coated 8 months ago. He says they're done but keeps giving me excuses why I can't pick them up. He's said he would call me back around 10 times and hasn't once. When I call he talks to me in a mocking tone and has made it clear I will never get them back.In response to his response, I have not received a facebook message from him nor have I communicated through facebook to him whatsoever. He told me me would call me back many times and never did.Service: Painting

R&S was unbelievably helpful for two stranded campers. They handled a speedy repair and dealership lead-times better than my car's CV AXLE handled a 10ft stretch of mud.They went above and beyond to help us get home, and all for a surprisingly affordable cost. My Lexus is handling better than when it came up to the Finger Lakes!

I dropped off my rims 8 months ago to get powder coated. Rick said it would be 3 to 4 days. Since then, I've been given tons of excuses as to why I can't get them. He said they were done 4 months ago and would call me when the tires are on. He has never called me back, and when I call him, he acts evasive and taunting. At this point, there's no chance I'm getting them back and have to go to the police.
