“My experience was with the Auburn office. The customer service is horrible! I have been a customer for 20 years & now leaving! Their lack of service caused us to run out of propane twice over those years. I have been trying to settle my account for 3 months without any luck & that caused our 2nd outage. I have never been treated so terribly especially for a 20 year customer. Do NOT let them be your provider!!!”
