Utilizes Doordash to pay people under minimal wage with no mileage reimbursement. Offering $8 orders to drive 30 mile round trips to Hammondsport. The nation average for car repair is .06c/mile. That is $1.80c repair cost on top of $3.89/gallon. $3.89 + $1.80= $5.69 vehicle cost. $8(total payout) - $5.69 = $2.31(gross pay). Self employed contractors pay 30% on earned income in NYS. $2.31 x .30(30%) = .69c(owed in taxes). $2.31(grose) - .69c(taxes) = $1.62 that the Doordash driver profits after working 45m - 1hour to deliver your order.. Nearly 10x less than NYS minimal wage. The people accepting these orders do not understand the math behind it, have even met someone with a disability accepting these orders. It's absolutely disgusting you guys can legally pay people less than the average wage in 3rd world countries like India. Who is at fault? The small business owner knowing they are making more by paying less or Doordash offering the service? I blame the business owner who knowingly is saving themselves from paying $16/hour to one of their employees to deliver this on top of covering their cost on one of the Napa vehicles that they are responsible for. You know the math and are choosing to take advantage of locals. At the end of the day, math is accurate and does not lie. This is the reality of what is happening.

The folks at this napa were by far the best napa employees I have ever had the privilege of having help me, and I've been to napas allover the country. They went above and beyond to help me when I lost my brakes on my truck. I would recommend them to anyone. If I could leave more stars I would.

This may sound simple to some, but it was huge for us. We are away on vacation a few hundred miles from home, and one of our front windshield wiper blades decided to shred and basically fall off the wiper arm in a rainstorm. The next day we were near Geneva, so I tried picking up new wiper blades for our 2019 Subaru Forester at two large chain automotive supply stores. It was difficult to figure out which blades they had in stock that might fit our car, and when I purchased blades that should have fit from one of them, somehow it turned out the passenger side blade did not, in fact, fit. The following day I took a quick ride to Napa in Penn Yan. The guys in the store took a quick minute to find the correct wiper blades, and came outside to make sure I could get all three old ones swapped out for my new ones. I was back on the road in 10 minutes. Can't say enough good things about this Napa store, and my experiences with Napa Auto parts stores in general.

Went in for oil filter, but with special request. They found it (1/2" bigger for a little more capacity and so I could grab it to remove or replace) Got it for 12$ versus 22$ for stock.

We had a jetski battery that was not working. They tested it, and came back with diagnosis which matched symptoms. Conclusion was we needed a new battery. They had one on hand. It cost 40% less than the bad one. Just installed, and seems to be working fine. Very pleased with NAPA's customer service and results of their recommendations.
