They are changing things around, n i don't like change, but some days you have to roll w/ it. And the staff, makes you, feel wanted, no matter how busy they are.

Great selection of mylar balloons, snacks, and seasonal decorations. Even at the new $1.25 price point, you can find good bargains.

Short Lady that we had cashing us out was pretty rude. Didn't seem like she wanted to be there and hated her job. Other than that the store is pretty good =]

Employees at the penn yan branch don’t where masks and breath all over customers . They give dirty looks and are rude to customers that come in wearing masks .

Yes I love the py store over all but I have only one complaint.When it comes to the brown bags py is the only store who never has them or they pick and choose when they want to use them. Canandaigua and Bath always has them. If py wants you too bring your own bag then please put a sign up that you don't supply bags anymore Thank you!
