Whatever shift works at 5:30 is awful.
I order a pizza. Tell them I need it at 6.
I show up at 6.
No pizza.
I ask about my order that grace took.
They told me that it was wrote down on a piece of garbage because they were out of order sheets. Then they threw it away.
Then they ask me "oh well do you still want me to make it".
I wanted it to be done at the proper time but screw me right

Good food and service not bad. Four star because gas is 3.79, 3.69 if you have their card. Gas in canandaguia is 3.69 no card. Everyplace in town has a card, do away with cards and just set a decent price people.

I wouldn't eat anything made by staff there. There is a man who has a fungal infection in private areas and he never washes his hands after using restroom. It isn't healthy or safe to eat anything he makes. ??

Conveniently located on Liberty St (14A) in Penn Yan, Byrne Dairy is my favorite gas station because of the $.10 off per gallon with their card, free air pump, and general cleanliness of the store and the bathrooms. The staff are always friendly and the sandwiches from the deli are fantastic with the perfect amount of toppings. The shelves are kept well-stocked and the pre-made food is always hot and really good.

This is how Byrne Dairy PY does wings at 8:30p on a Sunday night. I got sick. 2022/05/01. I don't think there should have been a pool of sauce. No blue cheese. Employees laughed as I walked out. Can I get a refund? I have my receipt.

I'm not sure why but if I ever call to order something randomly in the middle of the night the person either hangs up on me or has a long dragged out excuse as to why he can't do it. There is one nice guy that goes above and beyond that works at night. But this other guy I think is just lazy. Day time everything is great. I might just drop in and see what this dude's name is. Not very good in customer service at all.
