“My first time in this lovely special shop was yesterday and when I walked in it was like, Wow! I had a blast looking at all the different styles of clothing. I picked things out to try on and The owner of the store was very attentive. I feel like she could be my friend! They don't just carry fashion they have beautiful Jewelry, and delicious dips, coffees with different flavors. scarfs. hats and let me tell you about the pajama's! So comfy and adorable! I wore mine last night they were the most comfortable and awesome jammies ever! Very stylish too, I got flamingoes and coffee cups! Then the owner showed me the most coolest pair of jeans that she just got in. They have fringe, embroidery, and best of all was the fit!! They had the best stretch of any jeans I have. I haven't had jeans fit me like this since I was a teenager! I know about stretch in jeans and these are worth every penny. (I don't think they were too expensive). If you want to have a fun time while looking at fashions that are beautiful and different, You should go to Barbara jeans and company on Park avenue! I can't wait to go again!”

“**********Update***********I went back to the store today and Carrie(store manager) listened to what happened and assured me she would take care of the issue. She also honored my original pricing and I was able to remake my purchase. Carrie is always so pleasant and helpful. That is part of the reason that the bad interaction with Courtney bothered me so much.Horrible customer service. I came to tori with every intention on spending some of my six hundred and seventy five dollars worth of torrid cash only to be dismissed and disrespected to the point where I ended up returning everything. When I walked in the store, the associate named Courtney looked directly at me and did not even bother to say hello, hi or nothing. She did proceed to continue to greet othee people and ask if they needed help. Why was I the exception? Now I can understand that she was looking for a pickup order that another customer had requested. But how hard is it to just greet someone? Then when she saw I was clearly looking for a white sweater that was displayes up on the mannequin. She looked dead in my face twice and saw me looking for the sweater and completely ignored me, not saying I'll be right with you. Not offering to ask one of the other associates to look for it. Just completely ignored me. So I never found that sweater. I did find a different one in a different color and a few other items. When I went to the checkout, my mood was already not great, not positive because the poor service. She checks me out and then I end up saying this customer service is terrible under my breath. She replies with "what was that"? And I said you have piss poor customer service and you completely ignored me. Her response was "wasn't I helping another customer" and when I told her that she still managed to greer everyone else that came in after me while were helping that customer. Her response was "oh okay". So I left the store but after a few minutes I decided I'm not going about to spend my money somewhere that I'm being disrespected. So I went back in the store and returned the entire order because as much money as I spent at Torrid and specifically at this store, there is no reason for me to be disrespected like this. I've never been treated so poorly. I guess I'll be going to the one in marketplace from now on.”
“My daughter had an interview here, they made her pick out an outfit for a boy and a girl for a christmas party and they weren’t really impressed with what she picked out, she needed to add accessories. They told her she would have to try and get customers to add to their purchases. I have shopped in that store numerous times and have never had anyone ask me if I needed help or try to get me to buy more!!!”
“I had the best experience at the Soma store in Eastview Mall. I absolutely detest bra shopping... even more than jean or bathing suit shopping. Bras are more complex with all the adjustable parts and pieces. I decided to go to Soma for a much needed bra upgrade. We were greeted the moment we walked in and were assisted throughout. The salesperson who helped us, Lauri, was wonderful. I told her what I was looking for and she selected several options. She would check in to see if I needed anything different. Ultimately, I found a perfect fit! I am so grateful that there are still salespeople who care about what they do. Thank you, Lauri!”
“I had the pleasure of shopping at J Jill at Eastview Mall this week. It was like a high-end boutique versus a regular mall store. The women were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made suggestions to create outfits and how to wear various pieces in a variety of ways. And they were so helpful in the dressing room, volunteering to bring alternate sizes and more. I’d highly recommend this store.”

“I can not possibly say enough outstanding things about this family-owned Boutique!!! I have been a customer of theirs for approximately 2 years now and have never been let down. They have it all in store with their diverse and unique product selection ranging from incredible women's clothing in styles for every occasion and everybody (and yes my fellow curvy gals this includes plus sizes too!!!),a beautiful jewelry collection, tons of accessories, unique gifts, snack/food items, and much, much more. If that wasn't enough they also have the most amazing, generous, and caring owners and staff. They truly make you feel like one of their a part of their family, one of the "Garden Girls". This boutique and its staff are at the top of my favorites list. There are also a variety of ways to check them out. If you are near Penfield, NY, it is a must to take the drive and stop in the shop, give yourself plenty of time because there are 2 full floors of amazing finds! If you are not local they have that covered as well! They have a website and are on Facebook, Instagram and Tic Tok. They also have Live sales multiple times a week and you can watch and shop from anywhere! You can watch these lives either through Facebook or on their free app. The best and easiest way to shop is on thier app, trust me, all us "Garden Girls" will tell you the same thing. Get the App! :) The live sales are also so much more that shopping, it's a little break in your day that feels like you are just hanging with a group of friends.
