I purchased a new phone directly from Motorola, and Will at the Verizon store in Penfield NY was able move all my apps, pictures, and info over to my new phone in less than 10 minutes. Great job!

I purchased an Android phone in early June and stopped by the Penfield Verizon store in July at the suggestion of a friend who highly recommended this VZ store. I met William Polito, Operations Mgr. and he was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I returned on July 16, 2024 after receiving a phone call from Chris Moulton regarding any needs I may have with respect to my phone. I returned to the store and found Chris friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If in need of a new phone or have technical questions, I highly recommend this store. Stopped in for help with my iPhone 13 which was showing SOS and would not connect to cellular data — they were very helpful and solved my issue quickly and seamlessly. Apparently iPhone 13’s have issues switching to the new eSIM system!
