I purchased a new phone directly from Motorola, and Will at the Verizon store in Penfield NY was able move all my apps, pictures, and info over to my new phone in less than 10 minutes. Great job! Thanks so much!

Stopped in for help with my iPhone 13 which was showing SOS and would not connect to cellular data — they were very helpful and solved my issue quickly and seamlessly. Apparently iPhone 13’s have issues switching to the new eSIM system!

Will was awesome at helping us transfer over our service to Verizon! And he also helped us add on another line and device a few months later. Everyone in the store is very helpful!
