“We have leased 8 vehicles from Hoselton. The first two were Toyotas, the rest were Nissans. That includes a Rogue in June, 2024 and a Murano that will be picked up on 8/13. Our salesman through all of the leases has been Tim Lippa. Tim, followed by the service departments for both brands, are assets to the Hoselton Auto Mall. There are many options available to us but no need to go anywhere else when you already have the best experience with such a consequential purchase.”

“Gem of a shop. We took our old Subaru to Klem's to see if the repairs needed were worth performing. They did a thorough job and were so professional. Their estimates were very fair, and I used to work at a shop myself. They kept talking to my fiance about keeping us safe (I was pregnant at the time) and were just all-around good guys. Today we were buying a Jeep and brought it to Klem's with our now 5-month-old daughter to have it checked over. We had called earlier and they remembered us, fit us in, even found a lift to put it up on rather than just run codes in the parking lot, were so sweet to our little girl -- and sent us away with a good feeling about buying our new family Jeep. We trust and highly recommend. Even if you're a distance, Klem's is worth the drive!”

“A warning light came on my car and I called Seasonal. They advised me to bring my car in immediately. In a few hours they diagnosed the problem, called me to explain and let me know the cost. A few hours later it was fixed and ready to go. I have been a customer for many years. The owners are knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and fair. They are the best in the business! “I took my Chevy Equinox in this morning with a check engine light on and the car hesitating almost to the point of stalling. Tyrone and the technician were excellent. Tyrone worked with the technician to try to diagnosis the problem. While there were codes, they we're not able to definitely diagnosis the problem and recommended I take it to the dealer. A less honest service center could have easily charged me for unneeded repairs but they were honest and they didn't even charge me for the diagnosis. I took it to the dealer who also couldn't figure it out, until I mentioned the problem appeared to start after an oil change (which I neglected to mention to Tyrone). It turned out it was two loose screws on the air filter. I want to thank Tyrone and the technician for their honesty and thoroughness. I was out of town (Ohio) and extremely stressed given it was memorial Day weekend. I would definitely recommend them for any repairs and thank them for their help.”
“I called at 854am asking if they had any inspections avalible for a motorcycle. They said next week. Told em i would call back after i check my schedule. I called back and they said i can do today at 10am. I arived at 955am and was out by 1015am. Very quick and excellet service. Appriciate it. Here is the picture of my bike.”
“I brought in a flat tire on Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. The damage to the tire was too extensive to repair, and an exact replacement would have to come from their warehouse on Tuesday. No problem - I left the wheel with them and drove home on my spare tire. On Tuesday they called to say my new tire was ready to go. I stopped by, they put the tire/wheel on my car, and I was on my way. The entire experience was fast and professional.

“I got a flat tire around 6 pm tonight. I was immediately frustrated, imagining I'd have to go days without my car. I went straight to Monro as I had my auto inspection done there a few months ago. Billy was kind, knowledgable, and helpful. He took a look at my car and determined that they had tires in stock that could replace mine and offered to do the service immediately. I only waited about 10-15 minutes and my car was ready to go. Absolutely fantastic service”
“Great service here! My boyfriend noticed last night that, despite my tires being relatively new, the tread was gone and were showing metal banding (I did not buy my old tires here, got them from an online retailer). I had a very important appointment this morning at 9am that I couldn't miss. Even though I called very close to their closing time, they were able to get me in for an 8am appt. I was out the door by 8:40 with my new tires. Besides the great customer service experience, the cost was SIGNIFICANTLY less than the other 5 places I called last night for quotes. Very happy with this visit, thanks Mavis!”
