This store should really implement self check out if they’re going to have one person working the front while the rest stand around. It should not take 20 minutes to check out one person and this is every time I go here.

I always go here for my prescriptions. I have asked questions and have gotten answers, good answers. They have even given treats to my sheperd, she loves that! I have picked up my rx's here for over 7 years. I trust them when they alert me to a difference in color or shape of a pill, that is why I would rather be with Walgreens instead of Wegmans.

This woman at the pharmacy named Rhonda. I can only think of one word to describe her poor customer service and rhymes with "witch." Wasted my time and didn't seem to care.

Every time I go to drop off a FedEx package the first scan doesn’t work and I have to convince them to scan it again, it then goes through. They won’t give me a printed receipt and send it to my phone and that doesn’t work. I wish they would get that together. The cashiers are about as pleasant as a toilet overflow. I will try to find another place to drop off FedEx parcels. Wont purchase anything at this one in Penfield.

This store has horrible customer service. I went in at 8pm at night. Someone was trying to return something (it was not on their receipt and the girl needed to call up the manager). The manager couldn’t seem to figure it out either. I stood in line with my hands full for 15 minutes. I then asked if anyone else could ring me up. I was simply told “No” (let me be clear I wasn’t apologized to at all for the wait until I asked if someone else could help me). I did not wait, as I think 15 minutes In line is completely outrageous. 2 people do not need to be working on one problem. Another register should have been opened so everyone else (because the line was growing) could have been taken care of. Bad customer service. I’ll stick to Wegmans.

I had a bad experience at the pharmacy. The woman at the pharmacy counter would not let me explain, pretended that she did not understand me, and was speaking in a highly raised voice. It was only when my daughter intervened, she was willing to listen while she would not speak to me. I felt very sad. I observed that she was unkind to her other staff as well.
