“This Jiffy Lube gets the job done. I haven't felt, so far, like they are trying to get one over on me because I'm a woman. I've been going to this location for a year and half. They have a clean overly waiting room which is greater! The team has changed since I started coming but it has not had a negative effect on customer service. Keep it up!”

“My son is currently a student at MCC and just when he was leaving to make the 2 hr drive home his tire pressure light came on for two tires. I called East Ave Auto and spoke to Morgan who told me to send my son right over...on a Friday at 6:30 pm no less. Morgan checked out the tires...put some air in them and sent my son on his way. EXCELLENT customer service...extremely pleasant on the phone.”

“Usually this place is somewhat disconnected but I was lucky to have engaged an employee by the name is Santos who was a true professional. I had scheduled 4 tire replacement, The counter staff was a bit harsh but once past her I met Santos who then showed me my online tire purchase and said the job would be complete in 45 minutes. To my surprise it was 20 minutes for job complete. On the way out Santos reminded me of the free tire rotation interval. I recommend Walmart tire serviceService: Tyres”

“They printed out the oil info sticker for the inside of the windshield with the service date much too soon and the mileage much to close to the current mileage. It's synthetic oil for goodness sake. Have to keep that business volume up. Watch for that one.”
