Went in for a simple alignment. When I drove away the truck was pulling dramatically. He tried twice, but the second time, the steering angle system was disabled and now I have NO STABILITRACK and my truck says "power assist reduced drive with caution." Also no cruise control or 4 wheel drive works. He was unable to fix the issue and said go somewhere else, his scanners were bad. Upon going to another mechanic, they told me I may need a new sensor for my steering wheel upwards of 1k with labor!

Julie and David were incredible! They knew I was in a pinch to get to my scheduled visits working in children’s health homes and they went above and beyond to help me get back on the road and back to work! They were 10 stars instead of 5!

I will never ever go to Monroe auto service,
They just recently scammed me,
I went there and took my car with me,
They diagnosed my car, and found out the issue driver side brake line blown up and right side front bearing speed sensor problem,
They told me that we recommend to replace the right passenger side brake line, They estimate the price for both brake line left and right and front right side bearing and driver side rear caliper, they told me that it will take a time to get repair, I came home They call me after couple hours, and said that the car is all set, I told them that did you guys replace the right side brake line, they said to me that no we haven't repaired the right side brake line because they made an excuse that I decline to fix the right side brake line, They charged me 1400 dollars, even though they didn't replace my car right side brake line ,I'm so regret now
I shouldn't took my car to those scammer,

Really appreciate David and Brandon for their prompt assessment of my Honda CRV, which had a strange noise when being accelerated or slowed down on the highway in the rain. The best thing is that they applied no pressure by telling me the factual problem and let me decide whether to do the repair work. I was totally surprised when I said I would not use the service, but to pay for the assessment work, the reply was there's no charge, it's free!!!!! Wow! Kudos to its service policies, and above all, I applaud both David's and Brandon's friendliness and generous smiles. Their integrity is priceless!!! This is the second time that I dropped by the shop, all the way from Toronto, ON, Canada!

We had an issue with our hood latch that needed really quick attention. Luckily we were close to this Monro! We talked to Julie (i think) at the desk who was beyond helpful and got us in really quickly. Mechanic came out to take a look - he was wonderful. Didn't talk down to us, didn't give us any sort of runaround - he was helpful and knowledgeable and was invested in helping us and our safety (since the hood wouldn't latch). Eventually the manager came by to check things out and he was the exact same way. They were able to diagnose, fix the problem, and even do a quick battery check - and get rid of some corrosion!
There's no way I don't go back here for work in the future. They were great. 10/10 would recommend.

Have gone there for years for different issues. Always convenient and easy to book appointment. Great staff, super informative and took great care to show me what was going on with my vehicle. They saved me a bunch of money because I didn’t need brake service I thought I needed. Showed pictures of my brakes and closed it all back up. Others probably would have gone ahead with service and charged but they didn’t. Definitely recommend.

I made an online appointment for an oil change and state inspection. I didn’t know their online appointments aren’t synced with their inspection appointments. David kindly fit me in anyway. Then there was a minor paperwork issue and my car wasn’t worked on. Not only did the staff sincerely apologize and get my car in the bay right away, but David gave me a huge discount! The staff here took great care of my car and treated me so respectfully. I’ll definitely return!

This shop is dangerous to bring your vehicle to. I should have known when I was dropping my car off and a woman was confused why they put new tires on her car when she was just coming in for an inspection (yikes!). With a husband who knows cars and does majority of the work on our cars himself, they kept our car all day then called in the late afternoon (after 3 pm) to let us know that they couldn’t do the work on the existing brake lines because of a part my husband used with them (Monroe Policy - that’s fine), but when we asked how much it would be to replace two brake lines they wanted to charge $1,500. That is absolutely insane. Brake lines cost $40/each - even with 3 or 4 hours of labor at $200/hr (which is more than enough time and a generous labor cost) where does $1,500 come from?
I never write reviews, but life is too expensive and time is too precious to get the run around from like this. Please find another shop!

My wife and I have been taking our cars to this Monro location for the last 2+ years. During that time we have had oil changes x 4/year (2 for each car) as well as putting snow tires on and then off each year. With each service, Monro has stated they performed a general inspection, as well as took a look at our brakes. It even states it on the invoices we receive from them as being completed. Every time I was told there was nothing else to do. Our last service was spring of this year (2024) when we had our snow tires off and received an oil change.
Recently one of our cars was lurching whenever we were accelerating or stopping. Since I was worried about a major issue and our car was relatively newer and still under dealer warranty, I took it to the dealer for them to inspect. They found that not only were we in desperate need of new brakes, but actually ALL FOUR ROTORS WERE RUSTED AND DELAMINATED with BRAKE PADS SEIZED ON THE ROTORS.
This is not a problem that happens overnight and surely should have been caught PRIOR to us needing to purchase new rotors and pads. Not to mention the damage done to the other components of the car that had to work against seized brake pads/rotors during each acceleration.
If they were doing the inspections (which I suspect they were not), there really is no excuse for missing this. Kicking myself for not taking a look, lesson learned. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

DAVID IS INCREDIBLE. Without hesitation, David made time for me without having an appointment to help me with a state inspection. While I wasn’t able to receive service due to some codes not being cleared, he welcomed me back at my leisure. I appreciate him making the time for me as well as the other walk-in Customers that came in behind me. David is respectful, funny, kind, and warm. I wish there were more people like David

The best mechanics I have ever been to! I was traveling from out of state when my check engine light came on. I still had six hours to my final stop but was in town for a few days. They managed to source the parts and get me back on the road right on time! My van's model is a difficult one to work on but Brandon, the technician, was able to get it done for me quickly. The manager David is so friendly and helpful. I would have been stuck without them. I'm so grateful for their help and will definitely stop in next time my van needs work while I'm in town.
