The people at the Legacy at Willow Pond are a joy to interact with. For half a decade, I have been providing monthly lectures here and look forward to asking for input and listening to the residents' wonderful stories and questions. The staff are polite and helpful and the location is simply beautiful.

I always look forward to seeing everybody during the week my coworkers and the residents are much more than work but are like another great family. I try my hardest to make sure that everyone gets their food and anything else they needed they give me motivation to get through the day if I am having a rough day they Cheer me up! I am grateful to be a part of the community

My Mom moved to Willow Pond a little over two years ago. From our first visit, we were impressed by the friendly and caring staff. When we were on a tour of the facility, Jeff and Suzy greeted all the residents by name. There are a variety of apartments, and they are all freshly painted with new flooring and appliances. Mom chose an apartment with a fireplace and lots of natural light. With her own furnishings, she has made a beautiful new home for herself. They offer a wide range of activities for residents, including theme weeks, bingo, crafts, exercise, musical entertainment, and outings. They also provide residents transportation to two appointments a month. We were recently invited to join an outing to tour the Buffalo Bills stadium. We were even able to bring two of our children and our grandson. It was a wonderful experience. My husband and I live in Buffalo, so we appreciate the family atmosphere of Willow Pond. When we visit every week we enjoy chatting with both staff and residents. The caring, dedicated staff make Willow Pond a special place.

My life long best friend just moved into the Legacy at Willow Pond two weeks ago and has already met so many wonderful people. I’m so impressed with the cozy atmosphere as you enter the building and the helpfulness from all the directors. Ray the head of the maintenance crew was so helpful when she moved in making sure her apartment was exactly what she wanted. I visited the community for the first time this week for their Apple Spectacular fall kickoff event and it was so much fun! The Apple bowling was a hit we had so much fun on top of all the delicious snacks Daniel and the dining staff put together. The activities are endless and there's a variety of options for anyone. She's been so happy since she moved in and all the management has made this transition so smooth for her and her loved ones. We definitely recommend the legacy at Willow pond! Thank you

The folks at the Willow Pond Legacy have made a great home for my mother in law for the better part of the last decade.Admin, Dining, Facilities and Community Life departments work together to provide a great experience for her and the outcome is greatly appreciated; both by the resident as well as her family.We want to give a particular shout out to how well the staff navigated the C19 pandemic by protecting and caring for the residents and our loved one during the difficult times.Again, many thanks and much appreciation on the family’s behalf.One additional topic to review: I am part of a small group that periodically provides entertainment for the WP Legacy residents during the year. The facility has become our favorite place to play over the past 18 months thanks to the residents as well as Emily and the rest of the Community Life staff and management.Thank you!

The staff at Legacy at Willow Pond is amazing! I've had the opportunity to meet with both Suzy and Jeff and they are both huge assets for Willow Pond. Both Suzy and Jeff made me feel right at home when I visited with them. The staff is exceptional and so is the facility. Great job overall!

I have nothing but absolutely amazing things to say about The Legacy at Willow Pond!! Everyone who works there is great especially Emily, Jackie, Emi, Jeff and Daniel!! I got to go on a trip with them to tour Highmark stadium in Buffalo. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience!! The facility is always clean and they are always doing awesome themed events. I love going and visiting one of my friends there. I would highly recommend this for anybody who's looking for a place to live in an independent living facility.

We were impressed by the warmth and beauty of Legacy at Willow Pond from the moment we arrived to explore as a place for my Mom to move to. Everyone on the staff, and I mean absolutely everyone, took the time to stop and talk with me along the way. I immediately got the sense that this was a small hometown-feeling place that my mother would love.The incredibly kind and caring leasing representative, Suzy, invited me to bring my husband back to participate in their Monte Carlo special event night. It was the end of a cruise week theme for the community… and Monte Carlo was their last virtual stop.They had gaming professionals manning roulette tables, poker tables, craps tables. Residents and family members laughed side by side with us as we got silly at the roulette table.Eventually, we all sat down and had an extraordinary buffet dinner in their beautiful dining room. We felt like we were in a high-end restaurant! My husband made a point to go talk with the head chef, Daniel, because the food was that good. The activities director, Emily, stopped by and told us great stories.The Executive Director, Jeff, who I met on my first tour, was everywhere on Monte Carlo night… making people feel welcome… egging them on to have fun at the gaming tables… offering leadership filled with warmth.We won some great prizes that night. We made some new friends. And, most importantly, we quickly concluded that this would be an extraordinary place for my mom to call home. She visited a few days later and completely agreed. She is very excited to be moving in soon!

Legacy is amazing place for your loved one(s)to live in their old age. The staff there are great, they really care about all the residents. Everyone is a helping hand from Top to Bottom. 100% would recommend!

I've lived here almost three years and I'm glad I have ended up here. I've made lots of friends, the food is good, I love wii bowling, and the staff is good. I love seeing the dogs within the community! I would recommend Legacy at Willow Pond to others.

This has been a great experience for the two years I have lived here. Food is good and the activities are great. The most recent event was our St. Patrick’s Day celebration. We are blessed with a staff that truly has our best interests foremost on their minds. The best decision I’ve made for my retirement living. No longer do I have to worry about my home expenses, taxes, or shopping. Join us you’ll love it here

I love the Legacy !I’ve lived at Willow Pond for three years now. The food is excellent, the activities are fantastic. I enjoy going on our outings every week there is always something to do. The people here have become my family. I couldn’t ask for a better staff they are all so nice. I would recommend Legacy to anyone it is truly a great place.
