I feel so bad for retail businesses. I visited Joann's at 6:00 on a Sunday but I didn't have any urgent shopping needs. I was just waiting for my Walmart order to be completed. As I was walking up to the door, the employees shut off the lights and were coming out and locking the doors. One lady said they just don't have the employees to offer holiday hours. I feel bad for the businesses in this predicament. I do however rate it three stars as they should update their google hours and not put random unprofessional printed signs on their doors saying they are closing at 6 due to labor shortages. From a professional perspective, wording and signage should be different.

my mom came here to pick out fabrics for a memory board for my brothers funeral services. the lady who was cutting/helping with the fabric was awful! my mom doesn’t know much about fabric and she’s never had to make a memory board for a service so she was obviously asking questions, and this lady was short and disrespectful after every single question and was no help at all. be kinder you never know what someone is going through!
