“I recommend this store without reservation. The owners and employees are knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and kind. We have purchased an absolutely beautiful rug there. The employees encouraged us to bring home multiple rugs to try, with no pressure to purchase. They helpfully taught us how to roll the rugs up for easy transportation, and loaded them into our car for us. It's a good thing we got to try the rugs out, because we are totally confident in the selection we made. It was a difficult choice to make, given the amazing variety available in the store! We have also made use of the other services offered; we have had rug pads made for rugs we already owned, and we currently have a decorative woven piece being cleaned. I'm glad to know that in the future they offer cleaning and repair services, should we ever need them. It also goes to show that they truly know their products inside and out.”

“I LOVE going to Sequels and searching for great finds! They have a huge inventory that is always changing- it usually takes me 2 or 3 laps around the store to take in everything. They are also masters in creating display vignettes that incorporate not only the furniture but also their extensive decor options.
My best purchase (so far) was this awesome Stickley sectional (see pictures). It is a VERY high end sectional (Like I never thought I could afford anything this nice!) that perfectly defines our Living Room space in our open living area. And… they delivered it to Vermont! (My grandchildren are in Rochester so I am a frequent visitor there.)

“What's Good is a gem of a store. My go-to for household essentials and other other good-for-the-environment finds. A few favorites: Reusable silicone lids, beeswax wraps, Upcircle organic face serum, reusable jar lids with holes (great for cold drinks), 100% pure beeswax tapers, USA-made wool dryer balls. (No more dryer sheets!) The owner Jennifer and her team personally choose the eco-friendly products with a discerning eye for the vendors' mission, business practices, product quality and value.
I really like their newsletter too. Down-to-earth, practical, and relatable.”

“Great Deals here and such Kindness!Charles, the young man who works there went above and beyond to carry my tall garden decoration our to my car but it broke on the way. He said that I could get a huge discount on it- which I did! It turned out a small globe broke and could be replaced. He cleaned up the glass in front of my car and was such a nice man to talk to. He deserves a raise!I bought a freshly made wreath- they were making them up in the store as I was shopping and for a fantastic price. “Hobby Lobby is good for what it is. You can get inexpensive and interesting decorations here. Their seasonal section is great. We have also had a number of pictures framed here and those folks did a wonderful job. I also appreciate the fact that they are closed on Sunday. I wish every store did that.”

“Just had amazing customer service at Homesense. The cashier was very nice....but even better, as I was leaving the store, I realized I had lost my keys. A young man employee went all around the store with me helping to look for them. Thankfully, someone turned them in! The young man was very helpful, even after my keys were found. He helped me to take my purchases to my car. I'm thankful for everyone's kindness.”
