Don't go here. They don't buy gold or silver. What the guy does is humiliate you by giving every excuse not to purchase your items. He feels he's omnipotent. Sorry your miserable working there. You obviously have no interest in the business. You like to belittle people because you like control. Your not thinking about who you work for. You are acting like you are the owner.

I stopped by with some Sterling silver flatware that I was looking to sell. I had done a little bit of research but not very much. I was a little nervous going in but Bob and Cindy put me right at ease. And everything went quite smoothly. I have some other items that I'm looking forward to bringing over there.
