From the girls in the office to all of the Pts on the floor, they were always so nice, always made me thankful , that I found such a great group at GVPT. When I first came to the office I was feeling a bit discouraged and frustrated. Jon L. kindness and compassion helped me to get my shoulder back to feeling normal . It takes special people to care for others and the GVPT family in Penfield , do just that . I have and will continue to recommend others in need of PT about the wonderful family at GVPT of Penfield So grateful for their support ! ???

I went to GVPT after a fall to improve my balance I have worked with Heather who is very knowledgeable, kind and worked me hard.My balance has improved, and I feel more confident.I would recommend GVPT ad Heather to everyone.

I have worked with John L. For the past 10 or so weeks after a total knee replacement. John has been great. He is very knowledgable and compassionate. He worked me hard but was always conscious of my limitations. I have gone from originally using a cane, with poor range of motion to almost normal mobility. I would and have recommended this office to others??

Very grateful for these people. Jon L. and Jose manged to treat a debilitating chronic condition I was dealing with. They are very passionate and knowledgeable at what they do. Without them I wouldn’t be able to live the life that I want to. Definitely recommend these guys!

Genesee Valley Physical Therapy Group is everything you would ask for in a PT experience. I had a knee replacement. My therapist shared his knowledge of why we would be doing certain exercises. It is not a pleasant experience, painful but rewarding. Jon was supportive and compassionate but still pushed me to do more. AND I actually appreciated this lolI will be going back there after I have my second knee replacement. I would recommend Genesee Valley PT to anyone.

Jon was great! He was personable and kind and my pain is almost completely gone! He also sent me home with exercises so I could continue treatment on my own.

I have had a fantastic experience with the whole team at GVPT-Penfield! It is a very relaxing, fun and welcoming environment. I had to been seen for multiple issues but my physical therapist, Jon Lippert, never gave up trying to help me reach my goals. He was encouraging, tough and even funny when I needed it. I really felt like he cared about me as a person, as well as caring about my progress in PT. I would recommend GVPT-Penfield to anyone who needs physical therapy. Thank you for all your hard work! If I ever need help again I know exactly who I need to see!

I enjoyed my sessions with Kevin. He was very knowledgeable and helped me to get back to my activities after knee replacement.Everyone was very nice there and will go back if ever needed.

In just 2 visits my hip pain, mobility, stride and walking pace has improved substantially. Kevin is very good at what he does and I am so happy that he is working with me. I am "extremely" encouraged.

Very professional & friendly staff. I made wonderful improvements in flexibility & pain relief in very few sessions. The knowledge of the therapist, exercises and equipment has helped tremendously and exceeded my expectations.

I don't rate 5-stars easily. We had a great session with John A. Friday. He lived up to his impressive biography. He was thorough, which we appreciated very much. He took time to go in depth with us on what indeed is a very complicated case, especially for a 7:00 AM appointment, which was the only time could that could be created to get my 83 year old parent in before an unrelated Monday surgery posed a long delay. While it is not the case with most therapists, he was able to clearly explain clearly to us the things that the neurologist, neurosurgeon, and orthopedic surgeon had not. More to the point, he assembled the pieces after multiple tests on my parent and indicated a likely lower extremity issue, which is what we had suspected, but no one previous had assessed or addressed. His consequent recommendations were spot on. All in all that's true to GVPT form, going back to 2004 when Dan G., treated me very successfully for an ACL allograft. Whenever I/we go here for PT, it is just what we wanted and needed. I cannot say the same for some half dozen area competitors I have had to go to because of insurance.
