I've used their services several times over the past 30 years. Excellent service. I was having a minor problem with my Hoover vacuum cleaner and they were quickly able to resolve it. Employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had my vintage sewing machine tuned up here several months ago, and after a bit of use, one of the levers came loose. I stopped in and they fixed it while I waited for no charge. I fully expected to have to leave it for repair, and I'm so happy that I could bring it back home the same day and continue sewing all of my Christmas gifts!

Thank you very much for repairing the cord-reel-spindle assembly that I brought in from my Miele vacuum. And you did it at no charge with spare parts. I couldn't be happier. You are the best store in Rochester. As a former technician, the Miele vacuum is a pleasure to work on because they use good quality parts and materials. I don't recommend everyone try to fix their machines due to the complexity of the electronics and amount of protection devices. It is a very well constructed fully sealed high filtration machine recommended for one who suffers from allegories, and I would never own any other machine.

I have had several sewing machines repaired and they have always been super friendly, helpful and very fast! I have a quilting friend who lives out of town tell she was given a four to eight weeks timeline to get her machine serviced and mine was done in less than a week! I'm so grateful we have such a great place in Rochester!

My sewing machine was finished in a timely manner. The people we're very courteous. They even checked out my vacuum cleaner, that was so old, they couldn't find a part to and they didn't charge me anything.
