Great experience. I explained to owner that I had no idea what I was doing with a home project. The owner was very helpful and showed me everything I needed to complete project.

I highly recommend people in the neighborhood to come here and support their local business rather than run to a franchise hardware store. You will be remembered next time you go there and aren’t just a number. Also they have everything you could possibly need at a fair price!

A family owned store with a staff that will go out of their way to find what you are looking for. The staff is so knowledgeable and they tend to the customers right away. The owner "Billy" has a huge sense of humor and his Wife is just as sweet as he is fun. This has been my go to store for the last decade, I prefer it to the big HD nearby that is the polar opposite. And they are very knowledgeable when it comes to advice on the house which really helps when you have a home that was built in 1920, their advice is always spot on. Just thought they deserved a shout out! Thanks for helping me and hubby with all of our projects!!

Walked in first thing this morning and asked if they carried doorstops. "Can you be any more vague?" the owner (I assume) responded snidely. I can't imagine how he must respond to people who don't know the name of what they're asking for. All previous interactions (with staff) had been fine so willing to give the benefit of the doubt here but also hope he understands this kind of attitude drives people to Amazon

This a wonderful store, largely because Billy just happens to be the best hardware guy ON THE PLANET! He came through for me many times over many years. Now that I live too far away to use Wise H’ware and have to rely on other stores, I really see the difference. When it comes to hardware, Billy’s the “Wise Guy” you need!
