Horrible customer service they have a worker that do not know how to talk to the customers skinny man short hair small frame feminine shoulders he did not explain what was going on with my car properly and threatened to call the police on me if i didn’t leave i never even raised my voice at him ended up having to go to another shop for them to redo the problem they ALLEGEDLY fixed and the area is too cramped do not spend your money with them there’s much better mechanic

Worst place ever!!! Brian is the worst person ever. He discriminated my family. Brian treated my family like if their money is not worth anything. It’s very clear that Brian and this shop is working with police department to make money. They went through our personal belongings in the car with out any permission. Brian even threaten my family and made my family feel very uncomfortable. Never do business here again! Worst place ever!!! Brian worst person ever!!!Service: Car towing

Great autobody shop!! I had an accident with my brand new car and the dealership I brought it from recommended I take it here. The car was a premium make and was brand new so i wanted to make sure it was done properly. I felt the quote was appropriate for the work needed and they did the job in a timely manner. In the end, the cost of repair was under the quote they gave me which was welcome news. The car came out great and looks brand new again. I would definitely bring my car back to them. My neighbor used this service for her luxury vehicle. Initially, they were very responsive and engaging. However, they quickly progressed to dismiss me and my concerns. Her vehicle was there for 3 months and she was told that parts were ordered incorrectly twice. This caused an undue de burgden and eventually hardship because of their negligence and lack of follow through. Very dissatisfied!!!

I wish I would have gone to Westchester Collision & Recovery from the start. I had a small fix on the bumper near the right rear well, and I was quoted from another body shop $1800 to fix it. Feeling that quote seemed a bit extreme, I went to Westchester Collision to compare. There, I was treated with respect, and $9.22 later, my bumper was fixed. Had work done on my 2019 Infiniti Q60 which had a dent and scrape on it talked to Ben and Bryan awesome guys got my price estimate and scheduled me in took 4 days got her back nice cleaner then when I brought her highly recommended don’t want just any auto body live near the city so you can find any auto body in a straight line but I wanted top notch auto body this place is great and to top it off they helped me with something they just saw was wrong and took care of it. ??Service: Body & Trim
