If you get anxiety from going to the post office because of rude employees and long lines, go to this one because it has neither ? The employees are friendly and helpful, I’ve never waited for than a few minutes in line, and there’s plenty of parking.

Once again Pelham Post Office lost a check. This is the second time in three months!

Its heartbreaking that the neighborhood post office is filled with unhappy people. I wish I could hug them all. Its starts at the top and trickles down. The postmaster here is not professional, respectful, or organized and so the employees and systems reflect that leadership. Once in a while you will have a kind interaction with a desk agent, while it’s rare - it does happen periodically. No one wants to work or shop or be where they are not welcomed! The postmaster here creates an environment of frustration because she lacks the basic tools of joy which is kindness.

Mrs.Sara was good and always smiled and helped me with everything. She made me feel heard and answered all of my questions patiently. I always enjoy going to this post office only because of HER.

I would love for them to be able to deliver packages without issues I don't think that's too much to ask since that's literally their job. Every other package I order there's some issue and they do not deliver... walked all the way over to the post office to be told it's not there for pickup even though the tracking says that it is. Walked halfway back home and then got a call that it is there for pickup.. and apparently that's really amusing to the workers as they laughed handing it to me... maybe USPS should start docking the pay for every package that doesn't get delivered maybe then they can figure out how to open the door and bring a package inside a building.

I reported another incident of lack of mail delivery. I have been contacted by the Pelham Post office, but this problem seems to persist. A piece of mail did not reach my house (2nd time) and I reported it to Pelham. The gentleman did call and told me he would follow up with the carrier and get back to me. I have not heard back yet. This is a getting very frustrating.

Joke of the day. Two black men enter the post office.... *insert live audience laughter sound bite* But seriously the way which i was treated by K____ from this location is sad. Poor service but i feel worse for people who in 2021 have racial issues with young black businessmen. I'll never visit this location and will recommend any other post office to my local colleagues.

If there was a place that employed the most disabled/ slowest possible working individuals this place would make them look like Olympic athletes. Never seen more incompetent employees servicing the desks. It shouldn’t take 30+ minutes per customer.

They need a self service machine if customers are going to have to wait on line for an hour. There are things customers can do themselves ,such as scan a prepaid mailing label and obtain a receipt, without having to wait an hour for a cashier.
