Will not be returning!! Very unprofessional and rude!!!! Manager pretended as though she did not have change when she clearly did…. And then started speaking in a different language and magically appeared with change within 2 seconds. No one has time to be playing games.

First of all, I love how everything is organized. But this lady, I don't know if she is the Manager or who she is, she has glasses, she speaks badly to people with attitudes and makes disgusting comments like she works and they take away her taxes to give to the poor people in the government and that with their taxes they maintain, what a shame to be a human being speaking like that; No one cares what she says. People are there to buy clothes not to hear does comments. If you don't like your job, don't work there just for the $. I've seen her talking to people a couple of times and yelling. She is Hispanic, how embarrassing it makes me.

Question ? What’s the point of having business hours up if you’re going to close before closing? 8:35 and you guys locked the door ? Why is that ? Very bad for business. Also please stop profiling people when your employees forget to take the alarms off of merchandise.

Honestly this store is always clean and well organized but its frustrating googling what time the store closes to be told my employees they close half an hour earlier than posted online. I got here at 7:40 on the dot thinking i had at least 10 minutes to find something and checkout before it hit 8pm only to find the doors locked. There were like 4-5 customers in the store. And i dont want to be a b**** and complain and make them open the door because now theyre grilling me as i shop. How is the customer supposed to know ? I dont care if they close early but have it posted so people arent wasting their time and gas driving there. There isnt other stores like this in that “mall”. At least please post your hours on the door so people arent arguing with the employees all the time.

I went there today at 8:20 and they where closed I saw the lady and she seen me and acted like I wasn’t there it says they close at 9pm the fact they close early is falls advertisement. That’s wrong in so many levels

One star even that they don't deserve, tonight I watch this employee racially profiling a woman of color for no reason. The lady had a rainbow bag shopping with she made sure she placed all here items in that shopping bag yet Still this employee was staring her down and following here around endless.Lady was clueless because she was busy shopping.They should be embarrassed she paid for everything before she left.

Extremely disappointed on how I was treated when trying to return an online item. Manager was not helpful at all. Spoke to me as if I was a child as I tried to get more information on how to return items. She refused to help me and walked away. Left me with unanswered questions. Store associate apologize for manager’s behavior. I’m sure the associates are use to her rudely behavior.

The prices are really REASONABLE and nice!!! They have clothing sizes from small all the way to plus size! Pretty jewelry, pretty shoes! I love this store and the workers DON'T stare you down or walk behind you as you shop.. I feel completely COMFORTABLE and RELAXED when I'm shopping in there.
