I can't wait to not renew my membership at this crap hole of a gym. Believe absolutely EVERYTHING these other negative reviews say because it is all sadly and insanely true. Going into year 3 at this gym and it's been nothing but declining ever since I signed up. There have been parts of the ceiling cut open for years - never fixed, go take a tour you'll see the gaping holes. There is a leak in the ceiling that is molded and that moldy leaking water drips on you if you're stuck working out in that spot and it smells absolutely foul. Turf area is in desperate need of repair. Equipment is all worn down. The parking lot is awful when they rent out the volleyball court to non gym members during the entirety of the school season multiple days a week. All the parents take up spots for people who actually have memberships and pay anywhere between $49-99 a month. Guarantee that at all times 2 big important machines are broken. 6 out of 20 treadmills work. Maybe 30% of the locks on the locker room cubbies work and whatever ones work, they're locked and there won't even be many women in there. Broken keypads are never fixed they're just left inoperable. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. Greedy owners, useless managers and most of the front desk staff sit there and/or are on their phones. To top it all off, the clientele is turning to sh!t - no one reracks anything, free weights are all over random parts of the gym it's like a scavenger hunt. The ONLY person I ever see working at this gym and doing something to make a difference is the maintenance guy who is always seen working whether it be changing garbages or mopping the floor. He's the only thing about this gym that gets a star.

It's so sad to see so many of the negative reviews here. But unfortunately it is all true. What used to be a well taken care of and nice facility, is now just going down hill. Just this week a loyal employee for over 12 years was let go over an email. An amazing yoga instructor brought to tears by the way she was treated. So very sad. Another example of how Level just doesn't care anymore. Complaints go unaddressed and there is no good advocate for the loyal members who have been there for so long. It's just sad to see.

Great facility! The staff is very pleasant and ready to assist on a moment notice. Variety of equipment in a luxury type of setting. Plus 3 beautiful pickleball courts!

I warn you before you sign up to this gym understand they will give you hell when you decide to cancel your membership the process is beyond crazy and they will still charge you a full month if you cancel a week within the month on the next bill, they do this so that people wont cancel. Its not as easy as a blink gym that you just walk in and cancel also the gym has leaks all over the place bathrooms are horrible and rust stains in multiple area and the basketball court is horrible.

Started going to Level literally the day they opened after COVID and loved it ever since. The aesthetic has to be my favorite part, but overall was just a great community and environment. A fantastic home gym

I have been a Level Fitness a few times now, and the experience has always been great. You walk in and are greeted by front desk staff who are very polite. You walk in and they have a basketball court, sauna, locker rooms of course a gym, and other necessities a gym should have. It’s an intimate gym with a lot of diversity. I visited today and found out they replaced the pools with Pickleball courts which is different, and in my opinion they are using the space more efficiently. I recommend this to anyone who isn’t into the big lifetime type of gym, but looking for a community where they can interact and network.

I rejoined Level earlier this month, and I’m so happy I did. Fight Club is here!!! I’ve been searching for boxing/cardio kickboxing class that I would be comfortable in. I found it at Level, and it’s not intimidating at all ( or cheesy like other places I’ve been - you WILL kick and punch like crazy). Edwin Solis is the instructor (btw he’s a professional MMA fighter, Google it) and is so welcoming to his class, and had me go at my own pace since it’s been while since I worked out regularly. Needless to say I was impressed, and plan to go regularly. I highly recommend Fight Club to anyone looking for 60 min of pure fun. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ???

I came in as a guest with a friend at 5am. We were assisted by PIA. She is extremely pleasant, always smiling, and has tons of positive energy. & at 5am it was unexpected but much appreciated?

On Friday 01.12.2024 at around 11AM a paying member of LEVEL Fitness was asked to leave *immediately*. Upon arrival the guest got in with no problem because she is a MEMBER and proceeded to prepare herself for a morning workout even had a small convo with the front desk agent. After not even ten minutes the same agent approached said member and was told that the manager would like for her to leave the facility. To avoid possibly a tense confrontation while she was on her own she did as she was told. We are not saying it was racially driven but for what reason will you escort a paying member other than a discrimination of some sorts. She lives in Westchester County upgraded for the plan that allows her to attend any/all locations she pleases so to her surprise going to the Pelham location randomly after attending multiple locations there was a problem with her appearance? It is unfortunate that she was so taken aback that she couldn't ask for some sort of reasoning. As for me I need a full explanation as to why a paying member can't attend this gym. What's so special about this location? When she has used her membership easily and hassle free at Yorktown.Unfortunately, with or without an explanation a few memberships have been lost.

My daughter joined level one fitness in Yorktown & recently upgraded so she can use the gym in other locations she visits the one in Pelham goes in with her badge smoothly & not 5 minutes into the gym the manager sends the front desk girl to tell my daughter she can’t stay there no explanation nothing wish made my daughter feel some type of way. As a manager myself I make sure that my company grows with diversity & make sure everyone feels welcomed. I will make it my business to find out the CEOs name and make sure that he knows what his manager at Pelham is did.

I joined a month ago and I love it here. While it's a spacious Gym, it's small and the staff knows your name. The classes are great and challenge you to become your better self.

I was appalled when my daughter went to Level one fitness in Pelham & was asked to leave for no reason at all. She recently signed up in Yorktown Heights, & because of need upgraded her membership in order to be able to use all facilities in other areas. I will be using all platforms to make sure that this doesn't happen to anyone else currently on a mission to find out who's the CEO so he knows what kind of managers & employees he has.

Worst experience ever I suffered lost wages due to misinformation and an incompetent trainer. Would never recommend this place. If i could give them zero stars I would.

been going there maybe 7 years. seven years ago the place was clean most everything worked . fast forward . dirty not well run . men's bathroom floor always dirty . something is always not working , sinks urinals sauna steam room showers . showers are the worst hot water issues most of the time . the lockers are a big problem too , a lot of them don't work and members look up lockers over night to hold them for themselves. i still go but definitely would not recommend.
