Excellent pharmacy, Pharmacist and pharmaceutical assistant, however the part time cashier receptionist is surly , rude, condescending, argumentative, and oblivious. An excellent pharmacy like Klein should have a rational and amiable cashier, not an apparently mot someone uncomfortable with other societal groups, (figure that out). Suffered her scowl and verbal abuse once again today.GET RID OF HER!!! Check out Yelp and see others similar biees

Very disappointed, I went in there with my husband and the lady that works at the front and the heavy set Indian girl in the back was extremely rude to us. I've never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. They made us feel very uncomfortable and acted like they didn't want to help us. They just stared at us the whole time. I will never go back.

If you're thinking of going to Klein w anything other than cash-- DON'T! Just saw this-- THEY CHARGE A TECHNOLOGY FEE!! My bill was $7.39-- the cashier said $7.39-- I get home and, of course, it's $7.69-- for using a card. Everyone uses cards and Klein is already way expensive, misleading.

Very good customer service. Have been using them for many years and they try to help when there was a problem with the prescription. One time, I needed my prescription and wasn’t able to get to the pharmacy before they closed, the pharmacist delivered it to the house, put it in my mailbox and told me I could pay for it tomorrow. Other items are well priced, better than CVS, like eye drops, gels, etc.

So, to respond to another reviewer, I am not a friend or family member and I don't live in Pelham but I go out of my way to use Klein instead of the much closer CVS. And yes, Klein does charge a bit more than the big chains. But unlike at CVS, you don't have to spend hours of your life waiting on hold, listening to their endless announcements about vaccinations which their overworked pharmacists are forced to give instead of doing what they were trained to do, which is dispense medications and advise people about them. When the big chains take over the world and the planet turns into a giant parking lot for mega-warehouses, we will have ourselves to blame. But leaving the rant aside the staff at Klein has always been polite and helpful to me.

This was my first time using this pharmacy. I needed my prescriptions quickly & I couldn’t afford to go somewhere else & risk the wait. The pharmacist was helpful and efficient & for that I’m grateful.

RUDE PEOPLE! THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL AND THE MISERABLE LADY WORKING THE REGISTER IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, SHE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC. THE PHARMACIST IS ALSO RUDE!!!!

My family has used Klein's for many years and I will continue to do so but just now when I called one of the pharmacists said, "What do you want?" in a curt tone. I thought about saying, "I want you to speak more kindly to me as I always speak kindly to you." He should have said, "How may I help you?" So being able to get a delivery makes this place convenient, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to service.
